I love going to target and haven’t had any issues with target until today. I go into target to pick up my shipped order and I get up to the line and there is only one lady being helped. It must have been the workers first day and she was extremely distracted and kept looking around. She is in the middle of helping the lady in front of me and decides to switch lanes and continues to try and help. Then a mother and daughter come back up there and cut me in line and the lady working stops helping the customer to help this mother and daughter. Now there is a long line forming and not once does she call for back up or tell any of us that a different line could help. She finishes the mother and daughter and goes back to helping the first customer and then decides to come switch back to her original lane and help me. I think this is terrible customer service. I waited in line for over 10 minutes because this teenage girl was switching back and forth between lanes and customers. And then as I was walking out there is 3 other target employees standing by all the carts having a lengthy conversation. While you are working there are better things to be doing than taking a few minutes to have a good conversation with coworkers. They could have been assisting the other worker who clearly had no idea what she was doing while helping...

I had an awful encounter tonight with a cashier Jacob was so insulting at the cash register and your manager Tally was less then helpful. Neither deserves to work there. All because of a price posted, he wouldn’t change. Told me no. I then asked for a manger and he told me no. The next lady (my sister) in line had clearance items and he changed her stuff to random numbers didn’t even find out what the price actually was. Asked her to throw out a number and the clearance price was on it. Then proceed to talk bad about me to her while I walked away. The way I was treated was beyond unprofessional. I don’t even want to go back to your store. No one deserves to be treated so terribly. What ever happened to customer service? Are we not training employees how to respect and treat customers? You guys really need to work on your loss prevention because i was falsely accused and publicly humiliated. i myself have worked in retail and have seen loss prevention dealt with in a much more professional manner. I do not know the employees name, but it was a small black man that accused me of stealing based off of suspicion, not evidence, which is a highly poor way to deal with the situation. especially because i was NOT stealing. i have never been so humiliated and upset over a customer service experience in my life. please work on your loss prevention protocols because from what i experienced, the state it is at...
