Starbucks — Restaurant in Wyoming

I was at this location at 7:58 pm and they would not serve me nor my daughters!!! The 3 individuals working there said they close at 8pm... I told them it wasn't 8pm yet and they said even if they wanted to serve me they could not because the machinery was shut down and they were cleaning!!! THEN IF THAT'S THE CASE, SHUT DOWN AT 7PM OR 7:30 THEN RIGHT!! Where I come from, you serve until it's time to close and most of the time it ran over a few minutes... I just don't get it anymore as these so called corporate business just don't get nor do they care about customer service... I will not be visiting any Starbucks coffee shops after this...

My first time to this location because I am passing through from Michigan. Kalli was so kind, patience and nice even though she saw that the line was getting long. She kept her cool and poise. I know that working in the customer service industry these days is a nightmare, so I am thankful and grateful that she can still manage to make my day a little better.

My 13 year old son ordered an iced white chocolate mocha after 5pm today. He gets to the car and the guy gave him an iced coffee with just creamer in it.
