I went to this location for a suit rental for an upcoming wedding. My initial fitting with the store manager was very brief, involving a few measurements and trying on some generic jacket, pants, and shoes. The jacket in particular was very tight which I communicated to him, but he brushed off my concerns and told me sizing up would lead to a worse fit. I reluctantly chose to trust his judgment. When the suit came in, the jacket and vest were indeed far too tight and clearly not the right measurements for me. I question the accuracy of the measurements taken given how far off the fit was from what I needed. Thankfully, Zeke took excellent care of me and helped me through finding the correct sizes for everything. He was very friendly, listened to my feedback, and ensured that I felt comfortable with my final size selections. I would probably not recommend suit rentals from here given how challenging it is to find the right fit, but if I return to the store one day I will definitely seek out...

Horrible customer service. I walked in and browsed and noted the reps were assisting other customers. I then walked up to the register to ask a question about something that I was looking for. The cashier stared blankly at me and put his head down without saying a word, despite the fact that I asked him a question directly woth no one else around. He finally acknowledged me, partially answered my question and continued to stare at his screen. I asked him what I would need to do next to secure their service for tailoring. Still, no answer. Sales person we had today was super pushy, trying to upsell us on a more expensive suit and wasn't listening to our wants and needs. We told the guy we wanted a black dress shirt to go with the blue suit as we are having a space themed wedding with a galaxy looking tie and he kept forcefully insisting that a black dress shirt wouldn't look good and was trying to push us to a different color shirt or going with a white shirt. We went somewhere else and got exactly what we wanted without having to deal with his unwanted, forceful input to what we want for our wedding day.
