Barber HQ — Local services in Yakima

The prices were Fair, as for the barber & the haircut wasn't good at all. To be more specific right off the top I explained exactly how I wanted my haircut, and the barber did not listen to what I explained to him nor did he pay attention when he was cutting my hair. Also he did not razor the front and the line was not straight, left a bunch of excess hair in the front of my face and to top it off he cut way too much off. Was not impressed with any part of going there and for this to be my first experience it was horrible. I feel like future advice for the barber you should talk less and pay attention to what you're doing and what your client is asking of you. Would I recommend this Barbershop "Hell No". It really just depends on who you get. I went a couple months ago and got a really good haircut from Fabian I think was his name. And then I went again couple weeks ago and got a haircut from this guy and he basically gave me an Edgar haircut. I asked for a low taper and was genuinely upset when I saw my haircut. He also did not focus during my haircut, going on his phone like every 5 minutes. He also uses racial slurs and it made me uncomfortable the entire haircut. Went in three days ago and I'm still upset about my beard "trim" that feels more like a butcher. I went in as a walk in and saw Frankie. He made my mustache uneven with the undernose line and took way to much off my mustache without asking. No communication. I said a trim and he did what he wanted and took off a lot.
