I went with my mother to order draperies in early January. She lives out of town, but they assured us that the order could be completed through the Boca Raton location. They charged the full amount at this time. The Boca Raton store charged a $200 fee to come and measure the windows. It then took them several weeks and several phone calls to come and measure. It took several more weeks for the draperies to be completed. When we got word that they were finished it took several phone calls to get them to come and install the drapes. They charged an additional $400 to put up the drapes. This added a total of $600 to a simple order for sheer drapes, and it took 10 weeks...

We worked with Sarah and it was a great experience. She was very helpful and fun.

Cost of the drapery was fair. The hardware was very expensive. I got the exact same thing online for almost half the cost. Be a smart consumer and shop around.
