THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY IS A JOKE, THEY WILL TRY ANYTHING THEY CAN NOT TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES THERE ARE FELONS WITH NO WORK EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF THE HIGH TURN OVER.

THE DELIVERY TEAM IS BOGUS!!! THEY WON'T EVEN CALL YOU TO TELL YOU AHEAD OF TIME WHEN THERE COMING OR HOW MUCH IT WILL COST YOU!
THEY ACTUALLY CHARGE YOU TO PICK UP YOUR FURNITURE FROM THEIR STORE, OR JUST GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO PICK IT UP IN HARRISBURG, EVEN THOUGH THAT'S FOOLISH BECAUSE YOU'LL SPEND THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY OR MORE IN GAS MAKING THE TRIP TO GET IT!
GOOD LUCK ON TRYING TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE IF YOUR FURNITURE IT DAMAGED OR IF THE STAFF GAVE YOU THE WRONG ITEM BY ACCIDENT , THEY WON'T EVEN GIVE YOU A NUMBER TO CALL TO GET HELP ON THE MATTER!! I decided to accept the challenge based on the signs they have posted in store as well as online that read "LOWEST price in PA OR free" I found a lower price on a couch set at a local store, so I went to discount king and questioned about the sign posted multiple places, I was told that the item had to be the exact same and approched the not so friendly manger Brandon who asked to see this add and explained it need to be the same exact item. I showed the ad and then was asked to send it to him in email without question I did as asked. He was then on the phone with whom I assume is now the regional manger, all huffy and puffy he walks off leaving his staff asking how they are suppose to complete the order. The girls that were assisting myself and boyfriend all were under the assumption this was now a free purchase with only needing to pay taxes and delivery. Pretty cut and dry I found a lower price my purchase should be free per the signs! Here's the kicker the not so friendly rude manger then informed all of us that we needed to pay for the couch set but they were going to "beat the price" of the other store... NO where in any conversation with myself or his employees was this stated, he was more worried about changing the price!! I have shopped here in the past but never again! False advertisement and...
   Read moreSo far, so good. Great experience with sales staff. Great prices for the quality. We weren't followed around until we were ready. They answered our questions. A few other stores either stalked us or made the experience uncomfortable. I will update this review when we get our furniture. We were advised 6 to 8 weeks and we are doing delivery. It'll be about a week after we officially move in but we're willing to deal with that. :) EDIT: I dropped it one star. We are still waiting on our sofa set and nightstands for our bedroom set. When I called for updates after the 6 weeks - it went well except they didn't have all of our pieces and they didn't have us set up for delivery. From my review above - it was supposed to be. She asked if we wanted part of it now that was in and set up delivery for the next day. This was a couple weeks ago. Great!(We paid a delivery fee) We didn't discuss the remaining pieces or ensure that it was delivery set up, my fault. Now, I'm trying to call for updates and to make sure they have it as delivery and nobody is answering, voice mail is full. I'm hoping it's just a really busy day. I also understand that furniture stores have some delays right now, hence why I only dropped it one star. Other than these minor things, all awesome customer service when I do speak...
