i got a call from my probation officer saying i had 3 tamper violations..boy..i was nervous..cuz i knew i hadnt had any alcohol to drink..i go in and find out that my sock was restricting communication to the bracelet..when they give you the bracelet ..especially when its your first time..why dont they give you the ins and outs of possible violations..make sure your socks are below the bracelet..idk how you do that while your sleeping if your a sock wearer like me..i was able to dye my hair though..im confused..hair dye has alcohol in it..i dont like the fact that they can take you into custody and ask questions later..there has to be a better solution..and why is there no customer support or after hour lines that i can ask questions..if it...

The customer service is horrible. Not to mention they are very rude and disrespectful. The only helpful one there is the lady you get on the phone. Believe her name is Joy or something. I would give this place a negative if I can. I understand people has done wrong and courts order their service but to belittle someone due to race, religion, creed etc is unprofessional.
