Since the Youngsville location has opened I've had nothing but problems. They had to special order a K&N Cabin Air Filter for me, I paid for the freight of $9.15. When it was discovered they had ordered the wrong part, and after waiting for 2 weeks to finally get the air filter, they wouldn't refund the shipping. I would understand if it was my mistake, but it wasn't, it was theirs.
$9.15 isn't a big deal to me. It's the principle of the matter. If you make a mistake, man up and fix it. I left a voicemail with O'Reilly customer service. We will see how they handle this. If they fix their employees mistake I'll change my review.

Three trips and $500+ later we ended up with a battery we didn't need and the wrong alternator installed that started acting up 100 miles from home three days later.
