So disappointing. I made an appointment for February 2, 2022 at 11:00 am. I waited until to 11:30 am to call my case worker Cynthia Sanders because I had not received my scheduled call. She did not answer. I left a message and called the front desk to make sure I hadn't missed something. I was then informed that Cynthia was out of the office and the worker who was supposed to call me forgot. So I get rescheduled for February 15th, 2022 at 1:00 pm. At 1:15pm I had not received a call. After calling my case worker with no response I called the number on my appointment letter. They did not answer and the front desk immediately put me on hold. I began the Calfresh application process in January and I still haven't spoken with my case worker ONCE and not for a lack of trying. I am a hardworking member of the community and I should have access to the benefits they take out of my paycheck to fund. If yiu get assigned the worker Gloria Creamer automatically ask for a new case worker. She is the worst case worker ive ever had to deal with. You’re supposed to report changed within 5-10days. Have been trying to get ahold of her for over a month with no word except for a message through cal benefits. Which isnt even helping. This office itself doesnt do a good job cant get to a supervisor cant get a new case worker. Just keep getting told the same thing we’ll send a messeage to the supervisor and they will get ahold of you long behold its been over a week with no call. And to put the icing on top of the cake one of the front desk people said they watched Gloria walk into her officer proceeded to transfer our call and she still ignored us and never returned our call. Signed up for the mobile app to do my food stamp recertification paperwork,but couldn't find it or figure it out,so I texted stop for the messages to stop,they kept coming.I had to block the #,then my recertification paperwork was sent out very late after my 100th new worker took over my case again.He then sends me out paperwork late again saying I didn't say my income for self employment in the reporting month of January 2020.When I get this letter,there's no return envelope,so I have to spend $ on a stamp & envelope & walk to mail it early in the freezing morning.I call in & it goes to an answering machine,I'm not trying to play phone tag with my food hanging in the balance.I do believe there is not really much more I can say without being truly rude,so I...
