Ordered a BLT, They said okay but the only problem is that we won't have Bacon Until Tomorrow!!Lol. So I got a ham and cheese on a croissant. The menu picture made it look like it was a warm Croissant. I was surprised to see a good size rectangular bun(?) And it was cold. But it had like lettuce onion and dressing on it. Not really what I was wanting or expecting. I also ordered a med iced coffee flavored. (Tasty) mostly ice thou. She told me the cost was gonna be like 11.60. Wow. Won't go there again without Coupons. Oh well live and Learn. And by the way, I received coupons with my change. They were for beverages mainly. Hope to receive coupons in the mail like I use to. Read moreI ordered two 12 grain bagels belts: 1 without cheese and 1 without tomato. Both came on white. I called and they said my next order would be free. Stopped today and decided that we all make mistakes and didn't ask for the free. Ordered again as I did above and both were without tomato. I even had them read it back and I had to pull around the building and wait. They cannot get it right! I won't be back and I won't be doing Tim Hortons again. I have never had an order exactly as I ordered it delivered to me and I don't get it. I ask them to please double check that they get it right and they always repeat it back to me as I ordered. Read moreI am rating this restaurant an all-around one star. I had not been there since they renovated and I was looking forward to it as I usually enjoy their food. But they were very rude to me when I attempted to go to the drive thru to order a dozen donuts. The girl just said, "Well I made some a while ago, but now I don't have enough for a dozen." And then dead silence. No "I am sorry". Or "Can I get you something else?" or "If you wait a bit, we can get more." I suppose I am just being an old fogie, but it was plain bad manners. They had always been my first choice in town for breakfast sandwiches because the quality was good and the service was good.
