Higher Up Smoke Shop — Local services in Zephyrhills

This place is amazing. If you are looking for a smoker shop with lots to offer, you MUST check these guys out. I stopped in last night just looking for something new and interesting. First off I appreciated the appearance and organization of the store. They have a huge inventory with a lot of interesting things to look at. It made for a pleasant & interesting shopping experience..

But I must say the best part of my visit was Sebastian. He was the young man working there at the time. As someone who is not familiar with a lot of the items, I really didn't know what I wanted nor where to start.

I'm so thankful for Sebastian! He was super friendly and helpful with all the questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and explained the different items available for what I thought I was looking for. He also made suggestions for items that I had no idea existed. I didn't realized just how many questions I had but he was patient and willing to explain everything in detail.

I walked out of there with a few new & exciting items that I was eager to try.

Oh! And they also offer a generous customer award program which is definitely a plus.

I would highly recommend this place for all your "smoke shop needs". I know I'll be going...

I went in the other day on the search for a unicorn, and unfortunately they were sold out but the 2 girls behind the counter not only were they gorgeous in appearance but their personality was on point. They assisted us with all of our questions and made us feel like we were talking to friends that we have known for years.. Meghan and Alexandria were two of the most sweetest people you could of met and they deserve so much praise.. if you want to find a shop that knows their stuff and treats you like their best friend even when it's the first time you meet them. Don't walk run to this store.. their prices are decent but the atmosphere is what wins me over any day!! Higher up is my homemade for real. First day I came in to get some papers for a happy holiday and Angel and Alexandria (Ali) greeted me with excellent customer service and helped me find what I needed and also friends! Since then I've met Nate, Jeffery, Derek, Patrick, Alyssa, and many more of your employees. I've seriously never had a bad experience at any of your stores and its because you hold your employees to a standard of professionalism that they represent with pride.
