I understand this is a busy store, but they could do a whole lot better. In the last 3 visits, Iāve received drinks that were made incorrectly every single time, Iāve witnessed baristas not following safety protocols with handling drinks (working with trash or equipment and then handling cups without washing hands first because the person on bar was busy cleaning up a mess she spilt and there was no customer service barista to help, no one was at the cafe register, while I was waiting to order I even had to help a barista at the cold bar make a drink because she couldnāt remember which blender had almond milk in it and still got them confused after I told her they were swapped around again and she almost went to make the fraps anyway when I told her the customer could have allergies and thatās why they ordered almond milk so she started over again. This was all happening as the manager was leaving the store. My last time at the drive thru speaker I sat there for 5 minutes āhello? hello? Anyone there? Are you closed?ā With no response so I had to go inside. Itās just chaos at this store but I still go because itās the only one close to me. I was a barista in Pinellas County for 4 years and nothing like this would ever fly at our store. I contacted the Corp office and still have not received a phone call from the district manager. I am completely baffled at how they stay open with this much disorganization. Probably because of people like me who still keep coming back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe drive through needs to be retrained in customer service. I ordered on the app and went to the drive through. I was asked what I would like to order and I told them I had a mobile order and gave my name. The employee proceeds to tell me that I just ordered and it will take approximately 8-10 minutes to have my order done. Next time to follow instructions on the app before coming through drive through. If this is an employee immediate retraining is necessary and if this is a manager? Then this establishment is cooked with such poor customer service. I don't need a lecture about what the app says or to be told to wait before arriving to the drive through. Because if I ordered on the drive through vs the mobile app you wouldn't tell me to wait before coming to the drive through (common sense). Bad service needs to improve.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited the Starbucks location on a Friday at 5:35 PM to buy a Tumbler for a friends birthday. I had my three-year-old with me so I was hoping for a quick in and out trip when I entered the store there was no line and I quickly found the Tumbler I wanted, however, when I went to the register, I was disappointed by the service. There were three employees visible: one at the drive-through window and two making drinks. Despite seeing me standing at the register none of the employees acknowledge me. I waited for over five minutes, watching them work and chat and they looked at me several times without saying anything. My three-year-old was getting restless, so I approached one of the employees and asked if someone could help me with my purchase the response I received was dismissive with the employees said that we would be with me in a minute after waiting another minute or two without any assistance I decided to leave. I understand that being busy as part of the job but completely ignoring me despite seeing me waiting, feels intentional and disrespectful. This experience was quite frustrating, especially with a young...
