The people in the Zephyrhills store including the leadership team where misinformed there are two discounts one is for the card renewal . There's also a recertification discount this discount is for your doctor even though it says o m m u. edit they fixed the doctor renewal discount. They added 75 off of 150 for the card renewal. I keep having trouble with them putting my orders back they told me that they might not get the email . I called different times what's the excuse the next time. I call Early and i call at the end of the day they still put my order up before the end of the day. I've been told they hold it until the end of the day after the extension and then I've been told it's up to the store. I think they don't know what they're talking about. At least more than half of them you talk to on the phone that is . These people politely argue with you if you say something they don't like.About ready check out some of these other dispensaries.a dollar is a dollar . I try helping trulieve but I get nothing but a headache. Like the guy said before I redid my review today it's up to me on given a crappy review and here it is.. the only reason the two stars their prices are decent but there's others that are cheaper. It's not all about the thc percentages although that does help. There's other company that has $19 flower and lower thc the product still works. And no headache. Hello everyone I would like to take few minutes to update the new status at Trulieve in Zephyrhills location. Not only was i pleased before but I have been given what you call a Wow Experience all the way around from great customer service to always having stock of product and having cleanest building I've ever seen including the bathrooms. I used to clean commercial buildings for a living and everytime I've used the bathroom its the cleanest I've ever been in. Anyway the drive-thru make the order purchase extremely convenient for online orders. This was achieved by the management team led by Jamie, diligently working together to find the best solution to come up with to resolve the problems and find a resolution. Jamie is industrious, multi-talented, determined and will go above and beyond your expectations. The assistant manager Lindsey is exceptional too, she is constantly persevering, devoted, motivated, and will go above and beyond your expectations. None of this would be possible without the inventory manager Ciji. She is always on the move, conscientious, thorough and always making sure their is stock and the job gets done...she will go above and beyond your expectations too. All three management team members are very Intellectual and are great assets to the company; they make it a great experience. I let her know that I was modifying my order as I put on Waitly when I checked in. So Iām sitting in the lobby and I get called to go to the express room. (Mind you on the screen it said I was a pickup) I go to the atm, then proceed to go to express a little confused. The person who took care of me in express was very rude. I believe her name was Katrina? Thatās what I was told her name was. But I had let her know that I was a pickup and I wanted to add two more flowers to my order. She got upset and started to dispute with me on how I checked in as an express when that wasnāt true. So I stood quiet and she went and grabbed the other two flowers I wanted to get. When she told me my order total she gave me an attitude on the price. I couldnāt understand why she was so uptight on what was going on but it had nothing to do with what I had done. I donāt know, but I used to work there. I donāt feel as though there should be any type on animosity from the employees seeing that it is a medical facility and we should be treated as patients, not just some random person from the streets. Definitely donāt wanna deal with her again whether she may be a manager or just an associate. Iāve never had an issue there until today and it was my first time ever seeing her.
