Ordered 2 large pizzas for dinner around 6pm. When I got there to pick it up ,only one was sitting on the counter. I waited probably 6 or 7 more minutes watching them go back and forth, handing other orders out etc. Nobody had brought my second pizza nor asked if I needed help. Finally I got the attention of one girl and said to her “hi I order 2 pizzas for order so and so and I see one sitting there, is the other one still being cooked or?” She then proceeded to read the sticker on the box and then tell the other girl working it’s only one pizza listed on the box for this order and then she walked away leaving this girl to handle it. I pull up my order on my phone and she refuses to look at it telling me “I can only go by what this says here ma’am”. Which I’ve worked at restaurants and I know officially you do have to verify the order on your end but she could have atleast listened to me and looked at what I was trying to show. Finally after going through her system she found where it said 2 pizzas. She told the other girl that it did say 2 and then yelled in the back and asked the guy back there about it, he then brought a box up and said it was left sitting back there. I grabbed my boxes thanked the girl for help and left. When I got home and opened up these boxes I was so shocked and disappointed. Literally half of one my pizzas had no sauce cheese meat nothing. Just crust. About 4 and a half inches in of CRUST. Almost half of the whole pizza. The toppings thrown in the middle of the pizza. Some slices had no meat at all. The other pizza was better looking but still so much crust. Probably 3 inches all the way around, could still see the holes in the bottom of the pizza because it was so bare. I dealt with it because I did NOT want to go back and deal with these same people. It was hassle just getting the pizza in the first place, I could only imagine trying to convince them to remake it. BUT I will not be ordering from here any longer. Which is a shame because they used to be one of my favorite places for the food. It was so good about 6 months ago!! But now the past 3 times I’ve had issues and the quality in food has...
Read moreThis place used to be my goto place all the time since they opened. However, over the past year the employees have gone down hill, drastically. I think tonight was the last straw for me. There were 3 different employees, on 2 different shifts, that were overly rude and treated the customer with disregard and the level of disrespectful from the last 2 had me bite my tongue.
During dinner time, I purchased a sandwich that was a shorty, and I had a coupon the redeem. At the register I had her scan my coupon and it did not take off the $2. I asked about it and as though I was bothering her for doing her job, with attitude, she huffed and said you got the wrong sandwich, your total again is..... Bad day, I let it go.
During the midnight shift, I was at the store with a friend who went in the bathroom. I stood off to the side to wait for her and the female worker yelled across the store to the male worker...whats that guy waiting for? Neither came to me and asked if I needed help or what I was waiting for. My friend came out and as we walked out I said the male employee, I was wait for someone in the bathroom. He responded saying, oh, well we didn't know what you were doing, and I said..nor did either of you ask. As we left the store, he began laughing and yelled from the food area to the front counter to the female employee and said, look and head nodded towards us walking out the door. My friend was upset by such disrespect.
The way I was treated is making me re-evaluate the company's value for its customers. As an employee owned company expect more from the employees. I would rather pay for my coffee on Tuesday somewhere else, that get a free coffee and be...
Read moreThe cashier with the red hair doesn’t know math and shouldn’t be working a register. I had 24 miles in the tank when I arrived at Wawa. I pumped $10. When I started my car AFTER pumping it still said 24 miles. So I went inside and told miss red hair what happened. She looked up my receipt and confirmed that I spent $10.26 (it even shows in my bank account). She tells me that I only pumped 3 gallons and that 3 gallons wouldn’t make much of a difference. I told her AGAIN that I arrived at Wawa with 24 miles and after pumping $10.26 I still had 24 miles… she again said “3 gallons won’t make a difference” I walked out to the pump to try again. The pump now wasn’t working to read my card so I went back inside a second time and waited for her to be available because I didn’t feel like explaining the whole situation again to the other cashier. When she notices me she looks at the other cashier and gave her a “what does she want” look and pointed at me. She tried to walk away from the register but I walked up and told her I was going to try to pump again. So if it’s $3 a gallon and I pumped 10$ (my cars mileage is 33-45mpg) in her brain that equaled to not even another mile of gas in my tank because “gas prices have gone up” and “3 gallons won’t make that big of a difference “ even though I should’ve had at least 99 miles in my car not the same 24 miles I came in with. I wouldn’t be so angry if her tone was different. She humiliated me in front of other customers and cashiers acting like I was the dumb one. After pumping the second time, I had 255...
