I placed an order on the grab app. The wrong order was delivered. I phoned the store to ask for assistance, so that they may send me the correct order. I sent pictures as proof and they realized their mistake. They apologized and said they would send it soon and that I should have the wrong order packaged and ready for pick up. They then sent me a message 30 minutes later to say the order was correct and that the grab picture was wrong. I double-checked this and found that the bread that came was not even on the grab page. They charged me extra for a product I didn't even order. They wanted me to keep the bread and sympathize with them. When I refused, I was asked if they must change the product or give me a refund. I said to just change it. They didn't respond to me for three hours after that. How long does it take to switch products and deliver the correct one. I then asked for a refund and sent them my banking details. They still haven't sent me anything back. Very unreliable and very unhelpful staff. Asking a customer to keep the product they overcharged for and making a customer wait for hours to be helped is ridiculous. Including making it a customer's problem that the store made a mistake instead of fixing the issue.
Don't call their help line either. They will laugh at you and put you on hold.
I wouldn't shop at this farmers market again. Terrible...
Read moreThe location is very convenient and the building is nice. However seem like the staff, especially the cashier is not very well-trained. There are always plenty of staff available but they are always doing something. When I visited, although there are 5 cashier machines but there is only ONE working cashier and she seems new to the job so she's slowwww, which resulted a long waiting line. The other staff are there but they seems busy with something else. I see this cashier problem happens several times already so management should look into this.
Update: nearly 1 year later and they still haven't improve the customer experience. Peak hours 7pm... Many staff on standby but only 1 cashier is open.
Edit: this store doesn't deserve your time because if you want to cook a proper dish they won't have enough ingredients for you. This is like a gift shop rather than a "market". They always have staff wrapping gift but only one cashier every time I went. For instance, they dont carry basic stuff like cornstarch even crackers (to make s'more). Don't waste your time here, just head right up to Annam market on...
Read moreI've had two bad experiences ordering from this store. First, I ordered New Zealand Jazz apples, which come with a sticker on each apple identifying them. I received apples which were noticeably lower quality with no sticker. The store did not inform me they had substituted different apples. Second, I ordered some minced pork on Grab. The store called me and asked me to pay the driver an extra 10k in cash (I used my card) because their meat packaged was weighed a little extra compared to the amount I ordered. This is very stingy service and not customer oriented. Then when the package arrives, the driver tells me to give him 18k extra. In both situations I tried to call the store, however, the phone will greet you with an automated message and then hung up on me, so it is impossible to submit a complaint with them. Beware ordering food from this store, they are not conscientious and have bad...
