Note to self - the nosebleed seats are not for anyone that might need to have any leg space for over 2 hours. If a bathroom is what you need, there isn't one on the 4th floor. It will save you the hassle of looking for half the intermission. The refill discount drink service you can opt in for is them preparing the drink before intermission and leaving it out on a table without an attendant expecting you to know that it's there. This will save you the other half of intermission not waiting in line to pick up the refill. Maybe knowing what to expect can help your first experience here. The show was great easy in and out at the door and the parking garage was not too much of a nightmare. They also offer valet for $20.

Just got home from Hamilton matinee at the PAC. I had reservations at seeing it, but decided to not pass it by & I am so glad went. What a great show of such talented actors & spectacular voices. Granted it is rap & very fast moving. The best thing I could have done was to download the GalaPro App offered free of charge. I had a very nice lady help me set it up. It gives you the availability to follow the words on a black screen with red lettering. Not disturbing to the people sitting around you. It would be wonderful to have this available for all shows. With live performances it isn't always easy to hear everything. We are so lucky to have the PAC in Appleton. Have seen many shows & looking to add many more.

Hamilton words fail. breathtaking. tour de force. Staging, sound, lighting, vocal performances, dance... precision execution in a seemingly effortless flow. The PAC was clean, welcoming and staffed with helpful people as always. Great place to revel in theater the way it should be enjoyed. Would be great if there were a few more options for folks with physical challenges. My seat was a bit narrow for my size which put pressure on my sciatica. was totally worth it to see the show ... i would have sat on the ground with my feet swinging over the railings if it had come to that! This was taken the morning i bought the ticket...standing on the stage looking up. My seat was first balcony on the left!

What's not to like? Awesome facility, ample ramp parking right across the street that's affordable, plenty of restaurants and bars for before or after the show, and drink prices aren't outrageous inside for during! Plus, you can get drinks in a reusable, closable-lid cup that you can refill visit after visit! (Soda refill are next to nothing and while I don't think cocktail or beer refills are discounted it's nice to not worry about sailing a drink when having to budge-up as people pass by to get to their seats.) After almost two years without live theater it was amazing to be back--and we went home and bought tickets to another show. We'll probably buy season tickets next year!

First time at this venue, & the Killer Queen Experience was an incredibly amazing show! Only negative was the endlessly long rows of seating (we were directly in the middle, front row, 1st balcony section). It was a long way to inch through the multitude of people seated to get to our spots. Once there, we didn't dare try to get out, so we were stuck for the duration, unable to leave for a drink or bathroom break. Very clastrophobic feeling. Never again, would I purchase tickets in similar seats. A break in the middle area for access out would make show-goers much safer & more comfortable.

This place was truly fun, but there was just a couple things that kind of stick to us/our group. first of all as soon as we walk in the door, we see an unsupervised toddler running around. The toddlers parents were waiting for these teenagers to probably get their food.. speaking of the teenagers… we noticed teenagers were extremely rare to find there. Except for the ones at the front desk. I do not recommend coming around 2:00 as we simply noticed there is only one teenager at the front counter. We literally had to say it” hello sir, excuse me”! This teenager looked like he did not clearly enjoy the working condition/being the only worker/having so many kids waiting for him to do things. Let me just let you know that as soon as we got in it took about 5 to 7 minutes to just wait in line to get the tickets. Of course we got the basic pass because we don’t really need to do golfing or anything. But all of a sudden they make an announcement while we’re in the play place that laser tag is now closing, and that the last round would happen. But of course, since the speakers weren’t loud enough, no one heard them and they just close without any notice or warning. I also have a little issue with some of these games.. the cards are very scam/cheap type. and I instantly ran out just playing a couple games. on the other hand, I guess it was pretty nice because at the end we got 86 tickets. you might be wondering, what did we get well you can get a ninja a little alien attached with a little parachute and a frog toy, which was kind of like the ones that you can just bounce anyway in the background we decided to go on things like the carousel, the play place and my favorite of all the bumper cars the only thing that was truly wrong with the bumper cars was just three little things, but at the end of the day they don’t matter that too much. but the lady swore in front of little kids too the one that works at the bumper cars. The next thing what’s the bumper cars were a little bit too old I don’t know how old the places, but they looked pretty ran down and I’m pretty concerned because the last thing is there was no seatbelt meaning it was kind of like a strap it and it’s a risky thing. The play place is cool. There is some fun spots, but other than that it is extremely dirty and no parents are watching their children whatsoever. Also, most of the kids who go in the zone for toddlers look like little kids when they clearly don’t in my eyes because I know what a five-year-old looks like and most of the kids could have a conversation that a kid over four and there was some little kids that looked around three or two but other than that yeah the bathrooms are a little weird and it’s a bit hard to close them overall give it a 2.5 but for the sake of it, let’s give you guys three

We came here for my Son's birthday. I called days in advance to inquire about how parties work, what the costs were, how the rental rooms work. I thought the gentleman I spoke to for 10 minutes about it all was quite helpful... that is until I arrived. I asked quite a lot of questions. I was told that I would be able to bring our own food/drink. I was told if I wanted I could rent a room, but it wasn't really needed because I could bring in what I wanted and use the open tables. I was like "wow, that's amazing of you guys". After we showed up and I brought out pizza, sodas and cake, I had someone show up and tell me that carry ins weren't allowed. I assured the man that I called ahead and spoke to them and was told quite clearly that it was OK. I took out my phone and showed him the record of my call. He said I was welcome to get my guests and our food/drink and leave and he would refund our wristbands. This was not a possibility given that parents had dropped off their children and I was responsible for them all.

Funset Boulevard is part of the Marcus Hollywood Cinema complex which is located in a major shopping district near The Fox River Mall. It is an indoor amusement center that also has outdoor mini golf. The interior features a huge arcade area with every type of game, a full size carousel, lazer tag, bumper cars, mini bowling, and a kiddie climbing play area which also has a small train ride within it. Many of the arcade games issue tickets for prizes and candy. There are rental party rooms as well as a full on 50's style dining area filled with Hollywood decor and memorabilia. Food and adult beverages can be purchased and consumed there or taken into the attached theater. The staff are friendly and helpful. This place definitely puts the "fun" in Funset.

I would take my for kids here 25 years ago. Sunset has had a much needed recent face-lift. It has all new game machines! Everything appears so clean. It has the playground, train, lasertag, carousel, bowling, bumper cars and lots of food and games! We've also had a lot of birthday parties here! There is a new card system which will cover the cost of everything, except for food and drink. Don't forget to plan on a movie before, or after the fun! The one thing that I was disappointed with was the play area for toddlers only was being used by older rough kids and the little ones were at risk. This should be monitored much closeer by staff for safety reasons. Some parents just don't care about rules and need a firm hand

**first timer** Terrible experience. My family took the day off (Tuesday) because it was my son’s birthday. We are a family of 5 and upgraded to get the deluxe package which included laser tag. Spent $120 to play the games and get “tokens”. The place was pretty dead. Only 1 staff member would even smile at us. We asked the manager about birthday packages and even she couldn’t muster a smile or seem like she even wanted the conversation. We bought a single scoop ice cream for over $4. (I will include picture) The lady at the food shop was rude to my daughter who said, “thank you” after being served. I wouldn’t recommend for $205+
