I was really excited about this place opening... but I've now tried it 3 times and each time it's been sad. The first coffee I had there wasn't as bad as the others. The first was the Blondie- unfortunately it didn't have much coffee flavor- it kinda just tasted like a sweet milky drink. The second time I went, I got an iced latte with macadamia flavor- the coffee was just really weak and tangy, and I couldn't taste the syrup. It was watery and it wasn't good. The third time was kind of the last chance I wanted to give this place for a while. My boyfriend and I both got large coffees. I got a flavored breve with an added shot to combat the weakness and wateryness I experienced in the other coffees, and my boyfriend got a regular latte with flavor. Both terrible. We took two sips and threw them away... very bitter and tangy and there was barely any of the sweet flavor. I wonder if they are burning their shots or if it is just the coffee itself thats not good to me. I think they definitely aren't putting enough flavor syrup in them land that's coming from someone who doesn't like my coffee very sweet and I usually order my drinks half sweet). The service is really great here, everyone is super nice! That's what the stars I'm giving are for. The atmosphere I really didnât like⌠I didnât really want to be listening to pop music so loud you canât hear the employees, in the morning. My windows were shut and I couldnât escape it. I hate writing bad reviews- but I know I personally would like to see an honest review before going and spending money on a coffee that makes me sad. I'm hoping that this place kinda gets a handle for things and gets better with time. I hope I feel like trying it again after some time. It just sucks to spend so much money on coffees you can't drink or just don't want to. Hopefully I get to rewrite this review with better...
   Read moreJust some advice from a former barista at a different establishment. When there are two lines wrapped around the building, please send help and get two runners out there. It doesn't make sense to have one body taking care of all the cars. This will help ensure everyone is getting taken care of and you're not burning out your barista.
We were missed and by the time we got up to the register, our order was finally taken. This holds up the entire line behind us and forces the baristas to work harder to play catch up. Two people at one register doesn't make sense either. One person should be running drinks out, and one person stays behind. That way drinks are fresh and customers aren't waiting ridiculously long. The line goes quicker and people are happy. The reason people chose us over Star Bucks was because we were able to get drinks out in under 5 mins and the lines were flowing. Also- when there is a gap in the line, encourage baristas to pull the line up. That way people who are driving by are not intimated and you miss out on potential customers. I hope my comment doesn't come off as rude. Just some flaws I observed regarding your operations.

Had to look up the menu on line through google - by the time we got that opened the person was at our window for service. Great quick order taking, however no menu or time to find and look at the menu- my husband ordered a lemonade. I chose a water bc I couldnât look at the menu. The online menu didnât encompass the menu the way the menu on the last pole as you leave the drive thru. Placement is đŻ flawed. When we got around the building, we found the menu. I saw a drink I was interested in. We waited and discussed adding that to the order as my husband watched the register worker take an order for a car ahead of us. Heard him ask âwhat size do you want that?â We assumed adding a drink wouldnt be an issue- we were informed we would have to go through the line again. We literally thought he was joking at first. The worker appeared angry saying âyou donât want this!?â We opted for Starbucks and wasnât disappointed. I highly encourage reconsideration of the menu placement and accessibility...
