La Siciliana Restaurant — Restaurant in undefined

Tonight is our last night in Albania and we want to have our fill of seafood. Google did not disappoint in suggesting this place.

First off, the place looked amazing. Tastefully designed and posh. We were hesitant to come in coz we thought that it would be very expensive. However when we checked the menu, the food was reasonably priced and the portions were quite big that we had to have our risotto to go since we were so full.

The manager (not sure) and the waiter attended to us quickly. They were on top of things to make us comfortable. Getting a high chair for my baby, ensuring the smoker sat far from us, and helping us choose from the menu. The chef even said hi when he happened to pass by us.

We ordered the ff: grilled seafood mix, seafood linguini, grilled gilthead and seafood risotto. We were eating happily and we were so stuffed. The food was amazing and value for money. The place deserved more customers :)

The food was really bad! The crabs were undercook! The pasta tasted plain! The waiters didn't understand English! Bad food ever had!!! And as I told that the crabs were undercook they don't understand!!

I am a professional chef and understand how to cook crab properly and correctly. How to treat crabs properly. Besides, if they argue that undercook crab is their cooking style, at least they don't discuss it with customers if customers said "it is cold!". That's very unprofessional. I visited La Siciliana with my family on my trip to Tirana. We were all impressed by the initial kindness of the staff as soon as we entered. The food was amazing, fresh and very well cooked. It was a little taste of Italy in the heart of Tirana. Me and my partner went back another day for seconds of their pistachio cannoli which has ingredients straight from Sicily. The restaurant is beautiful and clean, great wine too. I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for something a bit more unique and better quality....
