Time Tirana — Restaurant in Tirana Municipality

The restaurant is beautiful and scenic. The food is okay but you need to be very specific with your order. Ive eaten here 5 (FIVE!) times and 3 out of those 5 times my burger was raw, I let it go and ordered again another day next time i ordered breakfast, eggs benedict, they served me the wrong bread and left out the topping I paid for. When I asked about this they said “we didnt want to turn down your order so we substituted it” honestly the biggest bullshit ive ever heard. Anyone would prefer to get their order turned down and the opportunity to order something different rather than having to play “guess what this is” at a restaurant that has the aura to be great. Une énorme envie de vous partager ma mauvaise l'expérience. Nous étions hier dans ce lieu après une très bonne journée dans la capitale, avec ma femme enceinte de 7 mois. Beaucoup de leurs plats n’étaient plus disponibles, pas grave on demande ce qui sera possible de manger, le serveur nous oriente sur des chicken wings, petits mais efficaces… après 25 minutes d’attente, on demande où en ai le plat ( les autres étant déjà consommés), on vois bien à la tête du serveur qu’il y a eu un loupé mais il nous dit que ça arrive dans 10 minutes… 20 minutes plus tard la même chose.

On lui dit que cela fait 45 minutes pour des wings, il répond que c’est normal, précision importante, le restau est au 3/4 vide et personne ne commande de nourriture côté clientèle on demande l’addition qui mentionne le plat jamais reçu et aucune excuse ni même explications.
