Sophisticated fish restaurant in Tirana city centre. The restaurant is located in rruga e Kavajes, 10 min walk from Scanderbeg square. The service is at high standards, very good food and welcoming atmosphere. Some of the dishes are gourmet style, not very abundant 😊. As the main dish, we ordered sea bass in salt, that was delicious. The crudo’s are also very tasty and fresh. Great selections of wines. The place is a little bit pricy, but i would return for the overall experience.

Ho avuto la sfortunata di capitare in questo chioschetto improvvisato nella piazza scanderberg la notte di capodanno subito dopo la mezzanotte, abbiamo chiesto un vodka Red bull e un gin tonic( portati in bicchieri in plastica da birra),dopo aver bevuto chiedo il conto,si avvicina il ragazzo e mi chiede 4.500 lek,io lo guardo e li dico: sicuramente hai sbagliato tavolo noi abbiamo solo preso due cocktail,lui continua a dirmi che era tutto giusto,e li dico che volevo parlare con il proprietario,si avvicina a un'altro ragazzo e bisbigliano tra di loro in albanese,poi si avvicina e mi dice si essersi sbagliato e che veniva 3500lek io lo guardo stupefatto,cominciamo uno scambio di opinioni che dura 5 minuti ,ho chiesto un menù e non lo avevano mi ha spiegato che cmq ero in un posto turistico e che dovevo pagare, ho pagato e sono andato via senza che mi hanno nemmeno dato lo scontrino fiscale... Preciso che di bello non aveva nulla ero sotto un ombrellone all'aperto e servito in plastica.A Tirana ho visitato bar di un certo livello con vista panoramica sulla città,e ho speso la metà...

Lovely experience at Artur, it suits best for a fine dine as a couple or even gathering with friends for dinner. The restaurant is quiet and elegant! Waiters were kind and responsive every time. Locals or not, they treat you with the same respect. Now about the food, delicious! Crudo had a special sauce and the salmon was cooked perfectly! Would return everytime!

We weren't even allowed to finish our dish before they came with the next course and we weren't even asked if we want to drink some more.
