Grand Panevino — Restaurant in Tirana Municipality

Not that pleasant experience. We were two people out there walking in this café. We just ordered two coffee. I am not at all complaining about the speed and the kindness on the service, but about the matter that two coffees costed an arm and a leg, just as well as doing some shopping for just a small furniture to bring home. As soon as bringing over the two coffees within the receipt, we figured out the the price was wrongly calculated. Then I gently signalled the mistake. At first impact, the waiter was shocked too. Indeed, he asked us if we had asked for an optional order, obviously getting back a negative response. Then, when finally came back with the receipt got corrected, he attempted a justification about the fact that one of the two coffee's price was mistakenly counted as cheaper and, in doing so, it was made the price keep the same. We mumbled about the expensive it was in totally. At that point, the waiter clutched at straws by introducing a blurred excuse about the highest coffee quality ever on earth we had just tasted. After a while, we immediately stood up...

I recently dined at Grand Panevino Restaurant and had a fantastic experience! The ambiance was elegant and cozy, perfect for a special evening out. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed.

the food - it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying their homemade pasta dishes; they were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The presentation of the dishes was also impressive, adding to the overall dining experience.

One standout dish for me was the seafood risotto - it was a true culinary delight! The combination of fresh shrimps and creamy risotto was simply divine. To top it off, the dessert selection was equally delightful, Pistachio Ice Cream is the best I recommend.

Overall, Grand Panevino Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. I left feeling satisfied and impressed by the quality of both the food and service. I can't wait to return for another memorable dining...

My experience at this restaurant left me with a negative impression of Albanian restaurants, especially since it was my first visit to Tirana and Albania. On my first morning, I ordered breakfast, and there was a man and a girl working as hosts. After finishing, I received a bill three times the amount of my order, as the man forced the girl to print the bill this way, which she was reluctant to do. When we refused to pay the excess, they reverted to the original bill, and we paid. The girl behaved shyly, while the man acted with unwarranted boldness. This experience made me doubt the integrity of some restaurants, although it does not reflect the overall morals of the Albanian people. In the end, I believe that the Albanian people are generous and genuine.
