Read moreThis is going to be a long one as I want to tackle all the details good and bad. The staff was super friendly but it seemed to all of us a bit slow. I don’t know if it was busy or just how they operate.
There were few nice details I liked: the branded plates and the logo was everywhere but without being too much. The bathrooms super clean a big, big plus.
Now, let’s talk about food. All the plates were very nice platted and very pleasing to the eye 10/10. In terms of taste and texture some were good and some were a bit disappointing. The sauce on the sashimi mango and cherry was to die for, but not the greatest combination with fish. It did overpower the plate. I’d didn’t have a nice salt, sugar, acidity balance. I did like the veal tartar, I wish it came with toasted bread like I’m used to eat it in other places. The bread they offered as an appetizer in the beginning wasn’t fresh, which is something you would expect from This type of restaurant.
The ravioli were the last on my list as the sauce was too salty so you couldn’t taste the tomato in it, the ravioli dough wasn’t the greatest and the fish had a very fishy and dominating in the end. 1/10 :(
The tuna fillet was good but I could have used a bit more seasoning on that and wish it came with a side of veggies or something similar.
In terms of dessert I’ve tried the tiramisu (2/10) please stick to the original simple recipe. The mango sorbet and the raspberry sorbet / icecream were excellent so I wish they could sell those separately. The pistachio soufflé was ok a bit dry and in my opinion it needed a vanilla icecream as pairing. So overall it was good but nothing wow tho for the price you pay and that would justify me...

My stay at this boutique hotel in Tirana was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a quiet yet central part of the city, the hotel offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and Albanian charm. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile—something that carried through every interaction with the staff.
The design of the hotel is sleek and thoughtfully curated, with locally inspired decor, tasteful furnishings, and cozy lighting that gives the space a warm, inviting feel. My room was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and had a small balcony that offered a lovely view of the surrounding neighborhood.
One of the highlights was the breakfast—freshly baked pastries, local cheeses, fruits, and delicious coffee served in a charming courtyard. It felt more like a café tucked away in a Mediterranean village than a hotel breakfast room.
The location is ideal for exploring Tirana. Just a short walk from Skanderbeg Square, the Blloku district, and several museums and cafes, it was easy to get around either on foot or with quick taxi rides. The staff also helped me arrange a day trip to Berat and provided some great local recommendations I wouldn’t have found on my own.
If you’re looking for a place that offers personality, comfort, and a true sense of place, this boutique hotel is the perfect choice. Whether you’re visiting for business, leisure, or a mix of both, it offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of one of Europe’s most...
