CONAD Toptani Center — Local services in Tirana Municipality

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, so I hold at 3 stars for this location. I was expecting a large super market similar to a Carrefour or Tesco, but this location is quite small in comparison. From my observations, prices were 10-15% higher than other stores including the notably more expensive smaller convenience stores, which surprised me. The check out cashier was surprisingly rude, throwing our groceries on the table fairly aggressively, and with my hand out for the recipe, she skipped handing it to me and opted to throw the receipt on the table with a frown.

I was buying 3 items but 1 could not be scanned. So I was told to check them out and wait on the side for the other item. The cashier was nice. The other worker finally told me a price but it was much higher than what it was shown on the shelves. I asked her about it, and she rolled her eyes and threw the bag of chips across the store. Had the worst experience ever in ordering online. It had an option to pay by card and when the order was submitted it didn’t ask for credit card information. When the products arrived they were missing quantities in every product purchased and had to pay in CASH the same amount of money. Ridiculous!!! No email reply after contacting them. Worst customer...
