My equipment was broken and i told them and they said it didn’t change anything. I changed équipement with my friend and it was SOO MUCH BETTER. Many of the children's arcade machines were non-functional and appeared to be merely plugged in, serving only as decorative elements. Additionally, the staff displayed a lack of engagement, refusing to assist with the setup of VR games and were often seen using their phones instead of attending to guests' requests.
