Went for brunch, had avocado toast, enjoyed that, The atmosphere was ruined by staff Andy’s rudeness. When requested to turn down fast banging music, he said I have rules, I won’t. We sat in front of AC only to be hot air blow. While paying bill, he issued wrong bill, and when informed,_ he behaved like he didn’t hear. Didn’t apologise for giving wrong bill. Then he said I have rules the bill too small 550lek I accept only cash. To which I said, I have paid only card here. He kept insisting, said boss will shout. He was the one shouting, with an angry face, lots of attitude of - I don’t like you, don’t want you here. You need to follow my rules. Our experience with the Rooms Restaurant was pure perfection! My girlfriend is allergic to gluten and the restaurant staff clearly understood the challenge and pointed towards a couple of dishes which are originally made gluten free. The staff was extremely careful when handling our order to make sure there is no chance for the food to get in touch with wheat. The atmosphere and music in the restaurant is very chilled which was great and the staff is also very helpful and friendly. We ended up having a gluten free risotto with smoked salmon and beef filet with potatoes and spinach - the taste of the food was simply amazing! We will definitely return to the restaurant when back in Tirana and can highly recommend...
