We had lunch at this restaurant today. The meat was good, the wine offered by the glass was also pleasant to the taste. There was a question about the service. There was no salt, pepper or napkins on the table, our requests to bring them were ignored and we had to collect them ourselves from neighboring tables. However, later they did bring us pepper for the meat. The waiter forgot about the fried cheese we ordered at the beginning and brought it after two reminders. When the waiter brought the bill, he said that he forgot to include another glass of wine and water in it, and also ate an additional amount of surcharge on the calculator. But the most interesting thing was further, the waiter began to demand a tip of 15%. And when he demonstratively recalculated and saw that only 10% was left, he began to demand an additional payment. We live next to this restaurant, but we have no...

Excellent location with an amazing staff that will make you feel at home. The waitress was kind, friendly and carrying herself with a very professional attitude , that it will keep customers going back for sure, including ourselves . She perfectly understood our needs and made the day even better for us. Very sorry I forgot her name, but they should know who I am, they tried my USA credit card with a soda Fanta first, to make sure there were no issues with it. I went with my daughter and I will go back next year on my next trip to Buenos Aires taking the rest of the family. Thank you for a perfect delicious food, for having such a great Chef, and for the staff that they should be proud of. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to feel that real...

Great food but entirely let down by waiting staff.

The steaks were totally amazing and well priced. Location was superb. The senior staff were clearly trained however once seated they handed tables over to waitresses who spent more time talking with each other than looking after customers needs.

We had two visits - the first night, we noticed other tables desperately waving for waitresses attention but our waiter was good and steak was delicious, so risked it a second night.

Second night the service was atrocious, and with the same waitresses being the cause, although the place was quieter. Would have come back for amazing steak again on night 3 but no way as it was clear rubbish service was the norm. Shame for chefs...

It was a very nice restaurant visually but the food here was terrible, which is a very big shame because this is one of Argentina's specialties and in this place it was so chewy and hard. We waited at least 40 minutes for the food to come and when I looked at other tables they were waiting the same time.. They're overstaffed and nobody's doing their job. They we're late with the drinks we had to ask four times for the bill. The food is overpriced this is the most expensive restaurant I've eaten in Argentina and the worst food I've had.

The steak I had here was really good juicy, nicely cooked, and had a balanced amount of fat. The meat was tender, and the chimichurri and criolla sauces added a nice local touch. The restaurant is in Puerto Madero, a modern riverside area with a pleasant atmosphere. The place is clean, and service was decent. I ordered a steak, fries, a Coke, and there was a cover charge. The total came to around $40 USD, which felt fair for the quality and location. Worth trying if you’re looking for a solid parrilla experience in Buenos Aires.
