Liber Resto Bar — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

We decided to go in for lunch with our 4 year old son and 6 month old baby. They were clearly displeased with the stroller and suggested we take it up stairs (there is no elevator). They offered no high chair or any suitable arrangement for the baby. I explained the stroller was the only way, then, in which the baby could be contained while we ate. They gave us a table next to a smelly toilet and with a broken air conditioner that literally rained on us. When I pointed out that we had water falling on our head the owner said that the AC had been like that all morning, if we wanted another table then we should store the stroller somewhere...

Very disappointing! My husband, daughter and I went for a diner because it is close to our hotel. We saw the restaurant full every time we past by. We ordered pasta bolognaise, stir fried vegetables and schnitzel. The spaghetti was cooked to long and to soft. The stir fried/wok vegetables had so much soja that it was impossible to eat is because it was to salt. The schnitzel not special but ok. We had higher expectations because there were a lot of customers all the time. The prices are low but better to pay more for better quality. The servant was nice but did not do anything with our complaints...

We had lunch and something to drink and the restaurant was okay. The staff helping us was very friendly and helpful. There was a small communication issue since we do not speak Spanish so ordering was somewhat slow, but the waiter took his time helping us. We had pizza which was okay but a bit much cheese.
