This is a nice place if they could just sack some of the waiters. I work next door and my friend close in one of the bigger luxury hotels. We got SUCH bad service, I really couldn't believe it. They were ultra slow (this is not always the case but in general service is not too quick), and when we says the cheddar with the nachos was cold we got a look as if we were crazy. Although there are many waiters, they failed to understand that you want your customers to be checked on every now and then. The grunty face of the waiter who was obviously not into serving his customers led us to call for the manager. Who was all nice etc. But having offered us a drink, they didn't deduct it from the bill. Anyways - last week my experience was better. Some of the girls who work there are lovely and friendly. But some really don't understand what good service means. And that's a pity because the...
Read moreVery rude. Just arrived frozen to death and went in the first door we found. Someone who must feel very important, without looking and us, rudely said out loud to a waitress to kick us out. We expressed our deepest regrets in not knowing that wasn't an entrance. This very rude person just kept telling his staff to push us out. This is how they treat tourists that were here to spend loads of money. There was a better way in approaching us and avoiding our eyes and kicking us out, definitely wasnt the way. Clearly left and went somewhere that definitely knows how to tret people right. Ended up in a beautiful friendly place called Floreria Atlantico. Amasing. Some places in Argentina are run by people who thing they can treat others badly. I dont support this kind of behaviour. I would avoid this place and recommend others to do so. Manners...
Read moreDrinks were ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hamburger was not good. Meat was dry and over-cooked, the bun was stale. Potatoes were fine. There's a ARS 290 cover charge that we were not expecting. I don't have something against cover charges per se, but I do like to know beforehand. We wouldn't have minded. Talking about the cover, the bread was stale and the hummus was not good. I'm a hummus lover is there's one, but this was no bueno garbanzos con tahina. There was a kerfuffle about the tip. I don't tip as a general rule (except in the US, but tipping in the US sucks and its right up there with the cost of healthcare, car dependency, and out-of-control law enforcement as the things that are deeply wrong with the US, and I barely go out when I'm there in part because of it), and I sure can spare a...
