Very disappointing experience. Nice service but the rest was just terrible. The three ceviche testers cost around $45 and they are served on small shaking bowls making it hard to eat. Ceviche portions are very small indeed. If you go for the hot rolls watch it. Each rolls has 10 pieces and you may be suggested to split 5/5 in two different types. The surprise comes later in the bill when the cost is higher, which is not stated in the menu. And finally my drink had the biggest ice cube I ever seen in my life, which easily took 1/3 of my drink. The food looks cute but actually tastes so bad here. The fire seafood was terribly salty. Both the fire seafood and the pachamanquero just tasted like sriracha mayo. The rosehip salmon tasted like it was covered in sugar. Gave it a second star only because at least I don’t think I will get any food poisoning. Suele gustarme este restaurant, fui muchas veces, pero siempre fui durante la semana. El fin de semana pasado fuimos con mi novia y la verdad, fue una experiencia completamente distinta. En primer lugar, la comida es otra. Siempre pedimos lo mismo, somos animales de costumbre, entonces tenemos con qué comparar. Los cayos a la parmesana no tenían el mismo sabor ni el armado. Las piezas de sushi, una completa decepción, en cantidad de materia prima y armado (hasta nos pusieron la punta del roll en dos piezas). El servicio fue sumamente lento, los mozos estaban muy dispersos, porque el restaurant no estaba ni cerca de estar lleno. Tardaron más de una hora en traernos un roll que nos faltaba (parma), nos ofrecieron un café como disculpas, que lo terminamos cambiando por un chandon 187. Entiendo que los fines de semana aumente la demanda, pero la baja en el standard de calidad para los precios que se pagan, es inaceptable. No subo fotos porque lo justo es decir que era uno de mis lugares de cabecera para una noche de sushi en Buenos Aires (nunca subí fotos de lo bueno, no voy a subir ahora de lo malo), en la semana para mi es muy bueno, pero mi recomendación, no vayan un fin de semana.
