OMG you guys, I found the cutest little cafe in Buenos Aires - it's called Tea Connection and it's in the Palermo neighborhood. The second I walked in, I was like 😍 - this place is so stinkin' adorable! It's got this retro, midcentury modern vibe with pretty wood panels, funky geometric prints and pops of bright colors everywhere.
So I went there for brekkie and lemme tell ya, it was so delish! For only $10.60, I got a croissant sando with egg, cheese and ham 🥐🥚🧀🐷. The croissant was clearly baked fresh right there - it was so flaky and buttery! And the eggs were cooked perfectly. Then I got a glass of fresh OJ - it tasted like they had just squeezed those puppies! 🍊 Sweet and tangy, yum! I also got a double espresso ☕☕ to give me that morning jolt. It was strong with a nice crema on top.
But the best part was the pancakes 🥞 OMG they were life changing! Big fluffy golden pancakes and no syrup needed - YUM! You could tell they were made from scratch with quality ingredients. 💯
So like, everything about Tea Connection was awesome - the yummy food, the cute retro decor, the friendly service. This place is an absolute must for brekkie or brunch when you're in Buenos Aires! I'll defs be going back next time I'm in town. It's a great local spot with delicious food that won't break the bank. Two thumbs up for Tea...
Read moreOver priced snooty place. A bad imitation of California cafes. They have salads and breakfast stuff. I had eggs with veggies, it was so so, undercooked scrambled eggs with some sort of vegetable. The value is not good. It is relatively expensive to other restaurants in the area. But then again it is in Palermo, and considered a hip place. Then why 5 star. it is the tea, they have these blended tea's that are divine! try the the black tea with vanilla, it is just amazing and good enough to over ride all the other aspect. They also have...
Definitivamente no volvería.
