Wendy's — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

We went to the cafe part of Wendy's as there was a promotion of hot drink and 2 special media lunas.

The wait to order was very long, even though we saw some staff members walking about. There were 2 staff at the counter when we came in, one taking orders, one making the drinks. However one of them just walked off and neither one of them said anything about how long she would be gone for. The second person just continued to make the coffee . Eventually the first lady returned, but by then someone had already complained about the long wait .

There was no alternative milk available, which was disappointing for a place like Wendy's. We ended up opting in for tea.

The lemon pie slice was decent.

The media lunas with Nutella were yummy, but hard to eat as the temperature of the pastry was melting the Nutella and it was running everywhere.

Ordered a hamburger, fries and a Fanta. Fries were very good as well as the Fanta. I ordered single meat with lettuce and tomato and all were good; however, the bun dough density overwhelmed the sandwich. I would have preferred a much lighter texture and smaller bun. Lamentablemente hoy viernes 2 de agosto, acaban de perder una clienta. Eran exactas las 10.05, cuando pedí si por favor podían abrir la.puerta de ingreso al centro comercial,ya que Yo trabajo en un local del mismo hace 3 años. Me acerqué al sector de comidas, por eso quiero dejar bien asentado quienes fueron los maleducados y desagradables en todo, desde su trato y hasta su presencia.

El chico me respondió BANCA que.no estoy trabajando todavía, se acercó agarro las llaves y me tiro la puerta en la cara, un ser totalmente despreciable , no debería estar atendiendo al público en esas miserables condiciones,

Pedí libro de quejas por lo sucedido, lo cual.me respondió una muchacha morocha, muy bajita de pelo medianamente corto, muy despreciable su imagen, uñas sucias y masticando comida , se negó a darme lo sugerido diciendo la ridiculez que el libro solo se le daba a los clientes , ( nunca tuvo en cuenta que desde hace 3 años desayuno y almorcé miles de veces) aun así se negó a darme el.espacio para mi reseña, era obvio que sabía lo malo del trato de ambos 2.
