Holy smokes. This is 💯 perfect execution of steaks!

Ojo de bife (medium rare), blue cheese cauliflower, the salad, choripan, the gin & tonic cocktail and the dessert- everything was hands down perfect!

The cut of the meat is tender u dont have to chew like crazy, the skin is well seared but the meat retains the juice and it came medium rare, not overdone.

The chef looks young which was really impressive. The best from Buenos aires (i know this sounds weird), to Calafate, to Chalten. Omg. The best steak i had in Argentina is found at the end of the world. Try...

Came at 7:30 as they just opened. Not a lot of people in the restaurant at this time and the service was great. I have been in Argentina for a month now, my second time I have visited for a month and have visited most of Argentina and this steak was unbelievably good. I had the ribeye And it was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this experience for everyone and I just wish there was a place in the US where I could get these kind of steaks on a regular basis and obviously you can’t beat the prices. This is definitely a five star...

What a place!! We had such a great evening here. We sat at the bar and got to watch the chefs work their magic right before our eyes! The food was sublime. Cannot recommend enough. Perfectly seasoned steak, perfectly cooked, the side dishes were just as carefully thought through as the steak - perfect balance in flavours and fresh ingredients.
