KFC — Restaurant in Yerevan

The service was terrible. We placed an order through their online platform, but they didn’t even notice it. When we called to find out why the order was late, they said they would call us back, but after waiting for 10 minutes, we had to call them again. At that point, they discovered their mistake and said it was a system error, arguing that it would have been delivered within 1.5 hours anyway. Additionally, they did not include the sauce we paid for and that was listed on the receipt. Absolutely not...

Absolutely loved KFC in Hayastan. Definitely one of the best fast food chains in the capitol city of Yerevan. The ingredients they use seem to be far better than what we get here in the U.S! I honestly really miss KFC in Armenia because it tastes better than anywhere else. Definitely get the chicken sandwiches and wraps they are a MUST. The manager let me in 10 minutes before the official opening time at 10:00 AM so I could grab myself a coffee. I was so excited that there was a place for personalized and flexible customer service. Such a small gesture, but it brightened my whole day! Thank you to the wonderful manager, you lovely...
