I had a short but very enjoyable weekend stay here and if you’re looking for a hotel with great service, perfect location and classic luxury then you’ll enjoy staying here. The staff arranged a very effective airport transfer for me and checking in was a welcoming and delightful experience, with the staff throughout the hotel speaking great English. Despite my very early arrival I was grateful they were able to find me a room, helped I assume by the fact the hotel seemed very quiet throughout my visit. ||There’s two lifts serving the accommodation floors, which are painfully slow, but the glass design overlooking the bar area detract from this, and the ‘day of the week’ carpet changed daily is a luxury touch you don’t often see anymore. My room was on the top floor and a standard category. ||It was a luxury feeling room and I really liked the clean decor. All the amenities you could imagine were present and it would be really comfortable even for an extended stay. Electric sockets were at both sides of the bed, plenty of lighting options and effective air conditioning which wasn’t too loud. It was also possible to open the window. There was a fully stocked mini bar as well as complimentary bottled water. ||The bathroom was small with a shower rather than bath, but it was perfectly clean and again had all the small touches you’d want from a top end hotel. Housekeeping proactively checked the do not disturb sign during the day and did a great job even late into the afternoon, although on one occasion the water bottles weren’t restocked. ||The lounge and bar area on the ground floor is spacious and comfortable, but best of all is open 24 hours a day. They offer food and a wide range of drinks, with the friendly staff able to make recommendations and engaging in good conversation. It was never very busy during my stay but it was still a pleasant place to relax late in the evening and a perfect spot to catch up with some work. ||I found the location ideal, just a few steps from some key sights and surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars. With the hotel reception able to offer advice or arrange any form of transport there’s no need to feel cut off! There’s quite a bit of art to admire throughout the hotel and small displays on each floor, including a shoe polishing machine outside the lift which is a good touch. ||Checking out in the very early hours was a seamless experience and next time I’m in the city I’ll certainly be...

This morning we went to this hotel to check availability of a room for our wedding this summer,so the reception asked about the date like 3-4 times! Then after a while she showed us 4 rooms it took like 30 minutes this whole process, anyways we went back to the lobby i asked about prices, she told us the event manager is not available and instead the restaurant manager is there so when he arrived he told us that day is already booked! He continued that its a big wedding 200 guest, ours is also that big but obviously only 30% of those people are gonna be there for the morning ceremony not the whole guests!😂 and he said no but their guest are from other countries, funny thing is ours is the same, i asked ok so why did the reception showed us rooms after asking our date and why do we waisted our time if its already booked, he replied we should check again with the other bride and groom and inform you if its booked😃 I told them if they book they need to pay in advance so how is this a booking if they didnt pay any money! Anyways he didn’t have an answer to this and its obvious that it was available for our date it was only a little trick so that we will think we’re losing it and we will ask for that day for more money! Bad management bad services and playing with customers emotions! This is something i will always remember and i will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends family or colleagues for any wedding...

We had an amazing experience at GHY, which was centrally located. The hospitality was truly five-star from the moment we arrived. The front desk team was exceptional-every single host we interacted with was professional, courteous, and eager to help. A special shout-out to Tereza, who always greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to assist with any requests (especially assisting with Yandex taxi requests when our app was not working).
