We were enjoying cups of coffees and lunch here when my girl accidentally dropped her cup and broke it. I picked up the pieces and told the lady. The first thing she asked was that if any of us get hurt and the second thing was that if we would like a replacement. My girl and I really enjoy the friendly service and good environment here.

We go to the library regularly, bubs and me, and he's only just started on the babycinos recently, and LOVES it! So from now on, we can share a morning drink as our ritual! :) The staff are phenomenally friendly, even to a scatterbrained mum who hasn't had her morning brew.
