Bento Q — Restaurant in Adelaide

We had a private function group dinner last night at Bento Queen. The place is just right for us: comfortable, cosy and homey. I like the decor in the restaurant. The service was nice and friendly, and the food was yummy and tasty , big portion and nice presentation. We had takoyaki, fried chicken and salads as entree. The food here is so good!! And seriously you HAVE to try the eggplant!! It came as a side in my husband's Bento, and it was so good that I ate it all and ordered more to take home. The staff were super nice and accommodating. They even brought out a couple of books for my daughter to read. The vibe is relaxing with all the plants around and the soft lighting. TBH, it's not the flashiest looking place, but do NOT turn this place down based on that!! Can't pass...

The food was nice at a good price with large serving size. That’s the good stuff now the not so good. The main meal was served in a plastic takeaway container, never had that before in a restaurant. The bento meal did not reflect what was written on the menu. It was meant to have stir fried vegetables and miso instead no miso and salad.
