The customer service and food quality from this store is absolutely disgusting! I have given this store 5 chances, and every single time I am let down. When ordering from instore, their website, Uber Eats, DoorDash - do not expect to see your food in under 1 hour; you'll be lucky to see it in 2 hours and that's being generous even if you live close by! When you finally do receive your food it arrives cold, burnt, missing items, and the food quality is something out of a third world country. Tonight was the last straw, I placed an order for 3 Large Pizzas + Garlic Bread. I waited nearly 2 hours and still no food arrived. I rang the store 4 times (in a 38 minute span) and there was no answer. I rang back again (it was now 11.45PM) and I was greeted on the phone with "WE'RE CLOSED" in a very rude and aggressive manner by a gentleman that hung up straight away. I rang back AGAIN, he answered and straight away yelled 'WE ARE CLOSED, RING BACK TOMORROW". I rang back AGAIN and this time my partner jumped on the phone said said "WHERE IS OUR ORDER IT'S BEEN OVER 2 HOURS". That's when the gentleman changed his tune and kept saying he did not receive our order and it's not his problem. We were not given the chance or opportunity to get a word in at all after that. When we tried to give our name - number - address - or what we had ordered he would just repeat "WE'RE CLOSED RING TOMORROW". A very rude and mean guy he is, and its evident that he must really hate his job, I suspect the same feeling from the staff there too judging on their lack of hygiene and food quality control. I will not be ordering from this store again - that's a promise. Sorry Dominoes; I gave you many chances and you blew it every single time. Train your staff with some sort of customer service, train your staff with a standard of hygiene and food quality control, train your staff to maintain a safe and clean working environment, and most importantly GET IN staff that actually want to work and contribute to society that have morals and ethics. This store needs to be removed from Uber Eats, Door Dash, all other online food platforms and quite possibly shut down. So it's now 1.25AM and I writing this review, with no pizza's, no garlic bread and was $36.43 out of pocket until I provided the screenshots and got a full refund by Door Dash. Door Dash confirmed that this store DID receive the order, they accepted the order, but chose not to make the food or deliver it. I have taken extensive screenshots of the chat conversation with Door Dash, and also my call register log too as evidence that clearly shows how many times I rang, and how short the conversations lasted for, what I had ordered and the time stamp of it too. To all the customers - I highly advise you all read the reviews too, it seems to be a common issue with this particular store! I will now be filling a formal complaint with the relevant sectors and providing the factual evidence. I will never EVER support this...

Ordered two pizzas and a garlic bread, waited almost an hour before the food had even progressed to "making your order" on the online tracker. One of the two pizzas had its photo appear in the quality control image spaces and I noticed that the pizza was wrong, thought I'd try to help by calling to let them know that it was missing my paid add on's. Was treated so poorly over the phone - being put on hold numerous times, as well as passed around from employee to employee without being told I was speaking to a different person until I asked, to then finally being hung up on. The other pizzas image never came up in the quality control space. After over an hour of waiting the pizza's arrived, turns out the one that didn't have a photo in the quality control space was wrong. Called back and was instantly put on hold for about 5 minutes before speaking to anyone, was offered a drink as I guess "compensation" (look we're in lockdown so we have enough to drink here at home, also didn't order a drink so why would I want one?) and was finally told to return the pizza in order to have it remade (gross, we're in a global pandemic???? Bro that ain't covid-safe). Another hour passes and the pizza is finally delivered, the delivery driver asks for the original wrong pizza back, told him I didn't agree with returning a pizza in the current global situation (honestly had not touched this pizza still at this point besides opening the box to realise it was wrong), he agreed then must have called his manager because the doorbell started ringing again. I was yelled at and threatened by the manager Harash (I have learned from reading the name from the delivery drivers phone as I spoke to him on speaker) over returning this pizza, the delivery driver originally said "so what" to me saying that it was gross to return a pizza during a global pandemic and Harash threatened to leave the store and come to my house to collect it. Today: ordered excatly same pizza like always and pay cash on arrival. Website didnt show me what time will be ready. Pizza was in store still when domino worker N.W. called me which way I will pay card or cash? Told him by cash how it is in order. I was at entry from inside before delivery. Got call from delivery guy where I am - I told him at enter he saíd as well but it wasn't true. Few min later I saw car parked on street infront building no sings that it is domino pizza. He call me saíd He Is here but He was still sitting in car how I can know it is him. Pizza box no in heath protector cover. I have to go to him, requested to see pizza before pay and of course wrong pizza again - some sauce on top - I told him it is wrong - He argue on this pizza Is always sauce on top - I told him I am ordering this pizza 2years and never sauce on top. He still argue with me. I showed website discription of my pizza - He still argue - He tried call to shop - it took time connect with them and after came to me and saíd they will make a new (no any apology for mistake or his behauvior arguing that I was wrong).
Half hour since the delivery guy left I tried call to shop 8x time to check how it looks with my pizza and no pick up or opportinuty to leave voice msg. I sent SMS to delivery guy that I dont have anymore intrest. Over hour since I ordered first pizza and nothing- I am away from shop 0,5km.
