You have to try some of the new Xmas 19 flavors Glenelg Gelatissimo is literally the best for service and amazing fresh, delicious gelato. The staff are always enthusiastic and go that extra bit further to help you decide which flavor to choose. Today it was the lovely Hayley who helped me out 😁😁. I tasted a divine coconut and lime concoction and a delicious strawberry sugar free delight. Settled on the Valentine's Day raspberry rose water delight. So happy with our experience today at Gelatissimo, Glenelg. I had three children in tow who were all paying separately, as part of a day out with individual funds to help build independence. I realise this could have been quite frustrating but the lady serving was patient and kind, showing no annoyance whatsoever. We were offered samples to help decide what flavours we wanted. There was plenty of allergy free options which is very helpful with an allergic to life child, these options were also all clearly labelled which is appreciated as someone who usually has to ask "Does this contain X, Y, Z?" Im usually a huge fan of this place as I'm a sucker for their unique flavours however, after my experience tonight my view is slightly tainted. Despite the fact that we were clearly before other customers, other people were served before us. When we were finally served, the worker looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there and had this apathetic attitude the whole time they were serving us. Multiple time through out serving us they began chatting away to their coworker. Just got the vibe that we weren't wanted there and were an annoyance. The gelato itself was pretty good, as per usual, I just wished it had been scooped with love. Hope this is a one off occurrence as I do really enjoy...
