I liked the food but the owner is confused i guess. No offence please read further.
Three grievances as follows
Staff sharing same dining area as customers it's very difficult to eat next to staff when they are getting up in between their meal to serve customers WITHOUT WASHING HANDS ACTUALLY LICKING THEM clean AND GO ON SERVING. Yuck yuck yuck even kids know better.
IS THIS BUSINESS IS TO SERVE CUSTOMERS OR WORKERS? One or more staff is always eating with plate piled high and sometimes ITS DIFFICULT TO FIND A PLACE TO SIT. PERHAPS A PLACE IN KITCHEN WOULD BE MORE PROFESSIONAL SETTING FOR WORKERS TO SIT AND EAT?????
Tables left dirty by staff after they finished their meal and CHEF WAS ACTUALLY ONE AND ONLY SENSIBLE PROFESSIONAL who wasn't eating with customers and actually cleaned my table. This shows staff not trained professionally in their position. and work ethics. PERHAPS GUIDELINES FROM MANAGEMENT CAN HELP THEM PRESENT WELL????
VERY VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR IN HEALTH AND FOOD INDUSTRY NO JEWELLERY WHEN COOKING AND SERVING AND THERE GOES THE BASICS OUT OF THE DOOR OF NORTH INDIAN CUISINE WHERE WE ACTUALLY GOT SHOCKED FURTHER AFTER PREVIOUS GRIEVANCES WHEN SERVED BY FULLY SHOWCASED BANGLE LADY.
DEAR OWNER DO YOU REALIZE THE HEALTH HAZARD AND RISK OF THIS STONES IN THE JEWELLRY? AND PLEASE DO ADVICE IF ITS A FOOD DINER JOINT OR JEWELLRY SHOP??? It's basically signing death by choking kids and old alike. I think you can do better given the demand of food and great location. Hope there are changes so I can take my family to safe and clean place. Appreciate Indian food and culture but I don't want JEWELLRY in my family's...
Read moreI’m not one to leave harsh reviews, but this was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The butter chicken was completely bland, and the chickpeas were undercooked — borderline raw. I was starving, so I ate it, but it honestly made me question how this place has so many good reviews (feels like a chunk of them could be bots or just people catching the restaurant on a much better day). The mutton was straight-up nasty — the meat was dry, chewy like it lost a fight with the stove, and the flavor was so off it made me question every life decision that led to that bite. Easily one of the worst mutton dishes I’ve ever tasted.
Even the raita was flavorless, which is surprising considering it’s usually hard to mess up. The only decent thing on the table was the pickle — and I’m pretty sure that was store-bought.
Not sure if I came on an off-day, but the food quality felt careless. Wouldn’t recommend unless they seriously...
Read moreFirst time dining in here as recommended by a friend. First thing to notice was a long line of people outside patiently waiting. We didn't have to queue that long as their service is fast and most of the people are ordering for take away, so we easily found a table.
The price is cheap compared to other Indian cuisine restaurants/eateries we had before.
We ordered the meal package which will give you 3 different curries, rice, choice of naan, and a canned drink - price was $23. It was a big meaty meal that I shared it with a friend. They are generous with serving meats, we had a combination of beef and chicken which really made us full and happy! The taste? It was PERFECT! We ordered the non-spicy menu but next time, I will definitely have a spicy ones.
I really recommend this place and will definitely...
