Walked in & looked at the menu, the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes impatiently after a minute or 2, I ordered 2 triple bacon & egg toastinis as we seen on the poster outside, a mango chill & a passionfruit chill, the woman that served us brang our drinks out then our meals, we opened them up to realise it’s definitely not egg or bacon, so my 17 year old daughter took back & explained that we must have the wrong order as we ordered triple egg & bacon, she said no you ordered triple steak, which wasn’t even on the menu we was looking at, the other lady serving then tried to also say that I definitely ordered the triple steak, but she wasn’t even around when we was standing there ordering our food, they tried to intimidate my teen daughter by standing together & then started getting loud enough for other customers to look to see what was happening, the customer service is absolutely disgusting, and so was their food, we tasted the steak as we paid almost $50 for the meals & drinks, the steak had a weird taste & the passionfruit chill drink had no passionfruit flavour & tasted off, very disappointed DO NO RECOMMEND Gloria Jeans...
Read moreVisited this morning and thought that l would support a local store. What a disappointment. The carrot cake was obviously old as it was cold and stale. Took it back to the counter and was provided with a fresh slice of carrot cake. It was disgusting that they considered it acceptable to have in the first place to serve me an old and cold slice. About 1.5 hours went by and the waitress asks one staff 'whats your organization called?'. The staff told her and then said 'is there a problem?' And the waitress said 'no'.
After about half an hour, the same waitress asks me 'could you please take him outside?' To not make a scene, I quietly asked the staff giving him lunch to take him outside. In the end, we all ended up sitting outside enjoying the rest of our lunch there, despite the weather.
We were not impressed and were incredibly disappointed with the discrimination for no reason. No one was...
