Kin Kin Thai Eatery — Restaurant in Adelaide

This was my second visit to Kin Kin and everything from start to finish was fabulous. They accepted a birthday cake from me before the restaurant opened so I could surprise my friend and then the delicious food began. Even the people next to us couldn’t stop raving about the food . The menu was so delicious, fresh, tasty, nothing everyday or boring about any of the dishes. The service was fantastic and the choice of wine excellent. I have nothing but praise for kin kin eatery and their staff. The only downfall is that the reservations button on the website isn’t functioning but they answer the phone and you can make calls to reserve. Make sure you try this Thai restaurant which was one of my favourite meals in ages and I eat out a lot!...

This place was wonderful! the staff were very attentive, polite and definitely brought back memories from our travels to Thailand.

As for the food, it was definitely authentic Thai and Kin Kin Thai likes that you share your meals together.

For our first bite we enjoyed the Thai wafers, Gai satay and Po pia tord (spring rolls) which were all cooked to perfection. The Thai wafers are a real treat melt in your mouth moment.

For our mains we enjoyed Pad Thai and Phrik Khing Moo Grob which was absolutely divine and rich with fresh thai flavours.

The Pad Thai was excellent non of this tomato sauce based rubbish a lot of places seem to think Pad Thai is.

Kin Kin Thai is our new favourite place and will definitely be back!! They...

If you’re in the CBD and don’t want to eat near Chinatown then this is a good place to go. It’s a bit better for groups as you are not pressured to leave and it is not too packed.

I just thought my meal was a bit pricey for the small amount of meat in it (I had 5 prawns in my $20 dish), although I did enjoy the flavor. Others at my table enjoyed their meals but stated it was lots of food (especially the huge servings of noodle and rice). Entrees were really yummy which made up for the small size.

Staff friendly and food comes out super quick. Sure that means it isn’t prepared from scratch but if you’ve got a show to get to etc.....
