Worst never visit again worst customer service and very bad behaviour

We were family and went to have lunch we don’t know we spoiled one day in our new year trip by going inside.

When we step in we mentioned that we are coming all the way from Sydney in 40c temperature we requested close to air conditioner she said straight away no because we are four people mentioned that there is no four sitting table near air conditioner 100% empty restaurant expect we four after 15 minutes we requested again she called some one to get permission to change our seat in empty restaurant sound like strange and she expected that restaurant might be full in next fifteen minutes after 2pm at the restaurant will be closes at in 02:30pm.

Waitress are very busy with personal phone calls and most of the time while we are in Restaurants with her language minimum commonsense if customers in restaurants talk in English.

We ordered 150 dollars worth of food and waited 60 minutes but not received we asked she said 5 minutes after 15 minutes we asked again she said another 5 minutes again waited another 10 minutes by the time two walk-in takeaway customers ordered received the food with in 15 minutes and two menu-log orders as well don’t know why normally where ever we go they prefer first in first serve for the first time this restaurant prefer only takeaways peoples instead of dine in we asked again after five minutes still the same answer five minutes after 80 minutes we left with out having lunch.

Strongly recommend if anyone wants to go with family to enjoy nice food with piece of Mind please don’t go.

Don't waste your time, they are filthy, stubborn,inhumane and greedy.

I came with the family to enjoy good indian food with good ambience. Business needs to understand what is customer service or else soon they will struggle. That was not the human behaviour which we saw, that too with greed and stubborn nature.

We ordered few dishes cost approx $112. My wife who is on a medication brought a box of home made food, but still she ordered baingan bharta for the sake of ordering something along with her own food. Once food was served, we were about to start the food, but to our surprise lady staff asked my wife outside food not aloud. My wife tried explaining It wasn't the outside food but was his own food based upon dr. recommendation and she still ordered something so as to avoid this situation. Then also she wasn't allowed.

She had to leave the place and ate food outside and I asked taking back the Bharta.

Once we paid the bill, bharta proce was still included. Adding the price was not a big deal as I would have eventually paid for that also if it wasn't included. It was the behaviour where they could have offered not paying for the food we ate and was returned. But their greed and zero understanding of operating business kicks in.

Anyhow, this only shows how what empathy they have for a person who actually doesn't want to eat outside food but was their to accompany with family. We ate the food shamelessly as no choice left for us.

Our day trip was spoiled because of this ridiculous behaviour for which the lady staff was feeling so proud of her decision.

Unbelievable worst service I’ve ever had in my life, I want to give zero start if possible. we are family and doing Australia road trip from past 10 days and having food all around the places, we were driving whole night and didn’t had our breakfast or snake, we saw ratings and called restaurant before going for dine-in. The place was empty and there were no customers in the restaurant when we enter inside the temperature was 40+ outside at around 1pm and requested the waiter to keep reasonable temperature, none of their AC or FANS were working, inside the restaurant the temperature was same like outside. After 30 Minutes she accepted to charge table but still we have not received the food. The empty plates served on the table was very very dirty, and had hair on it. We waited for 1hr 45min we have not received main meal yet, we endup stepping out hungry and tired 😪. All Indian hotels were closed at that time. Our whole day was wasted. This is worst place and rude customer service we ever had. I couldn’t believe how this restaurant got 4+ rating….
