A what appears to be healthy and scrumptious meal, just poorly executed.
The dish in question was the Haar Vibes. What was a well presented cooked salad sort of dish turned out to be a very average at best experience. The two outstandingly disappointing elements of the dish was the dry chicken pieces and the 4-5 mouthful size bits of cauliflower. The dry chicken was barely saved by the sauce that coated it. the large cauliflower bits made the core parts a little it of an effort to bite through. Most of the other elements of the dish were quite pleasant. The well cooked zucchini slices and broccoli complimented the lightly spiced (?) mayonnaise. Spinach and julienne cut carrots added a bit of rawness to the dish, which was a welcome addition. The fried haloumi slices brought in the saltiness the dish needed.
Overall, not a good or bad experience. Based on the other reviews I would give this place another chance...
Read moreGenuinely the falafel wrap I've had in a loooong time. The pita was delicious and fresh, the balance and flavour are ideal. The coffee is good, the biscuits are great - I didn't catch her name, but the owner is truly lovely, and makes incredible food. The restaurant itself is a lovely atmosphere, you'll want to eat in.
I accidentally took someone else's takeaway order, I felt terrible, not only did they make the other person a new meal, they still gave me my original order, and refused to let me pay for my mistake. I will be back, and more careful about listening...

Towards the end, I asked if the chips are on the side, she rushed “ yah yah yah”. It turned out the chips are wrapped in the bread....
