Service was fine until there was an issue and then it was terrible.

Time line: ordered 12:45. Food arrived: 2:05. Replacement: 2:43

Waited over an hour an a half to get our food, sure whatever there was a big table in front of us but no acknowledge about the time.

I ordered the "mystery burger", asked what was on it and was told no they won't say as its a mystery - fine. I asked if it was spicy, they said no so I went what the heck let's get it. When it does come out, it has some sort of mildly spicy sauce on it which I cannot eat. I go up to the counter and say hey sorry this is spicy and I can't eat it and the sever argued back with me that it wasn't spicy. They told me adamantly 4 times that it wasn't spicy, then told me to go sit down and they would see what they could do. 10 ish minutes later and they come back and ask me if I want there standard beef burger instead and I say yes.

I then had to wait 40 minutes to get my food. Everyone else had well and truly finished, it was over 2 and a half hour since we first ordered. Burger came it was fine. Nothing special but nothing terrible either I was just glad it was over. Or so I though.

Go up to get the bill and they have charged us for the mystery burger which is $10 more than the burger I ended up eating. It got changed when we told them what happened, but thought it was terrible service.

If I hadn't asked then fine, you get what you get. But my only concern was that it wasn't spicy and then I had the server argue with me. I was feeling humiliated and close to tears, but when I got back to my table 2 of the guys we were with agreed with me that there was spice in it.

From the moment we first interacted with Silver Brewing Co to their online communication - incredibly prompt and helpful, making our reservation and initial inquiries a breeze. It's clear they value their customers from the get-go. When we arrived, we were immediately struck by the great relaxed atmosphere - good setting for a memorable function. The entire space, was spotlessly clean and inviting, which adds to a feeling of comfort. The staff at Silver Brewing Co. are genuinely pleasant and friendly. The owner was attentive without being intrusive. What truly impressed us was how accommodating they were. We had a couple of specific dietary requests, and a last-minute change to our table size - they handled it with grace and expertise, ensuring enjoyable experience for everyone. Fantastic food - Everything we ate was fresh, beautifully presented, authentic and bursting with flavor (Serbian platters are perfect for sharing, they come with warm fresh bread and great potato and cabbage salads; also šopska salad was one of the best I ever tasted). The kitchen clearly takes immense pride in their work (thank you baba & mama). To complement the meal, their selection of drinks is superb. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the rakijas offered a wonderful, authentic touch (coffee rakija 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻), don't miss out on their bar menu. Absolutely awesome experience, I went with a group of 9. 3 Serbian Platters, several Potato salads ( best you'll get anywhere, literally) and several bottles of wine later and we were more full and more happy with the whole experience than you could hope. The staff are great, shout out to Kevin who was charming, chill and professional at the same time and managed to entertain my father at the bar. Nenad on the grill, ooooof the ribs, the cevaps, every piece of meat was grilled to perfection, my friend remarked "I can't believe I don't need sauce with this?"..... correct........The meat was juicy and flavoursome. Ontop of that, the mamma in the kitchen came out to check how it was all going and topped up our potato salad! Bless her heart. It felt like we were eating in someone's home and we were their guests.

Side note: the Platters take time, they're grilling several kilos of meat for you, you're supposed to drink, enjoy, talk, soak it up, the pay off is there when the Platter hits the table.
