Ambassador Specialty Coffee — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I am shocked by how the person serving me at Toowong Ambassador cafe treated me this morning at 07:26 am. He humiliated me in front of seven other customers. Reason: I had already ordered my filo and was waiting for it to be warmed Up. I asked him if it was going to be long as I had a meeting to start in 5 mins. While I was waiting I had to log on to Microsoft meeting. I really don’t have an option not to. This guy felt disrespected as I happened to be on call (please note I was not even talking but just listening to the meeting), while I was trying to pay. He refused to give me my filo and returned my money back. Raised his voice at me in front of other customer. Wasted my time. Totally unacceptable and unreasonable. I was literally shaking out of anger, humiliation and his audacity. Shocking shocking shocking that’s all I have to say. I suggest they put up a sign at the store saying no calls or meetings to be attended if you want coffee or food from this shop. Today, we went here the coffee was terrible. Terrible. I don't have very high standards with my coffee, but I took one sip and couldn't even finish this.

It was my last time to be in Here, at the counter my partner asked for a dine-in, but we got the food in the bag after we asked for a plate They told us they can not give us a plate because of covid but they served two other customers with the plate. You can get better service and coffee in 7-eleven, Save your money.
