Betty's Burgers? Oh, let me tell you, it's a burger haven where the vibe is as laid-back as a Sunday afternoon. First off, shoutout to Erin, our server, who was serving up more than just burgers—she was serving up some serious good vibes with a side of sass. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us like we were long-lost friends, which immediately made the whole experience feel like a party.

The menu? Pure gold. Juicy, melt-in-your-mouth burgers that could make even the most dedicated pizza lover pause and think twice. Betty’s burgers are like the burger version of a rock ‘n’ roll anthem—bold, loud, and unapologetically tasty. The fries? Don’t even get me started. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and doused in the kind of seasoning that makes you wanna ask for a second basket, even though you’re definitely full.

And Erin? She had the energy of a festival headliner. She was on top of everything, quick with recommendations, and made sure we felt like VIPs throughout our meal. Not to mention, she had a smile that could light up the whole block. Seriously, if Erin was a burger, she’d be the perfect balance of sweet and spicy with a bit of extra flair.

The last few times I’ve visited this place, I’ve encountered rude, young staff who often appear to be under the influence. The staff have no manners whatsoever. They don’t greet customers, act as they hate serving them, and their overall attitude is unprofessional and downright intimidating!

After today’s experience, I can confidently say I won’t be returning!

The venue is not very clean, customer service is abysmal, and the counter service is shockingly poor, unlike anything I’ve ever encountered elsewhere.

To make matters worse, I’ve personally seen kitchen staff handle food without wearing gloves on two separate occasions.

There is also no consistency with the food they serve. Sometimes the patty is burnt, other times it’s undercooked, and the burger rolls are often served cold or with way too much sauce! It’s clear there’s no standard for quality or preparation in this establishment.

If it weren’t for the convenient location and the strength of the brand, I doubt they’d have any customers at all.

The appalling and intimidating behavior of the staff toward customers, combined with the blatant lack of hygiene, should be thoroughly investigated.

Whoever owns and manages this establishment should be deeply ashamed of the standards...

I have had Betty burgers and enjoyed it. So went again, but this time I stood in doorway activity looking for someone to serve me. But nope, no one did 3 girls walked pass me 3 not 1 not 2 but 3 . And one walked past me twice with a young man ( differently a customer) in toe. And then I had to ask to be served. After placing my order I got buzzer and come back when it buzzed. I presented it to young girl on checkout and she said, "yeah yeah when it buzzes then you come back" I said " it is buzzing" and she pointed me, just 👉 pointed me towards an other registart. I took my burger and drink and asked for any hand sanitiser and she said No sorry. But over there does. And she took the buzzer that was infront of me and put it back in the pile. Now this young lady was wearing gloves , but if you touch everything with the gloves on and then touch the food ......well you may as well not be wearing any gloves. Im not blaming these young ladies, any of them. They need to be trained and that's the managers job . To make sure everyone is trained and know what they doing. And service is the first thing . That's were I'd start. The young man behind the counter was nice. But over all dissappointing but burger was nice , cold but...
