A Time-Traveling Experience at Brew Cafe & Wine Bar! I recently visited Brew Cafe & Wine Bar, desperately tired from a late night and in need of something to fuel me through a demanding day. Little did I know that this visit would be a delightful journey back in time, all thanks to the remarkable bartender, Keelan.

As I entered Brew Cafe & Wine Bar, my exhaustion weighed heavily on me. I settled at the bar, hoping for a rejuvenating experience. That's when I met Keelan, a modern mixology alchemist.

I asked Keelan for a perfect pick-me-up, granting him creative freedom. Like an alchemist of old, Keelan didn't just take my request at face value; he delved deeper, seeking to understand my preferences and desired outcome.

Our conversation became a captivating exploration of flavours. Keelan's passion for his craft shone through as he skilfully questioned me to refine his creation. After discussing various options, he embarked on crafting a drink that transported me to another era: a unique creation, a green tea and elderflower liquor concoction.

The moment I tasted Keelan's elixir, I knew it was something extraordinary. The harmonious blend of green tea and elderflower liquor was a refreshing and rejuvenating revelation. It was as if I had traveled back in time, savouring a drink of utmost quality and craftsmanship.

Keelan's skill and creativity left me in awe as I savoured every sip. He didn't just create a drink; he crafted an experience tailored to my needs. I felt invigorated, ready to face the day's challenges with renewed vigour.

In conclusion, my visit to Brew Cafe & Wine Bar was an amazing experience, thanks to Keelan's exceptional talents. If anyone deserves a pay raise, it's Keelan. His dedication to his craft and commitment to providing unique experiences for patrons are commendable.

I eagerly anticipate my next visit to Brew Cafe & Wine Bar to discover more of Keelan's magical concoctions. If you're seeking a place that combines mixology artistry with a historical journey, this is the place to be. Cheers to Brew Cafe & Wine Bar, and heartfelt thanks to Keelan for his exceptional service and the drink that saw me through a...

Well talk about 10/10 stars for poor customer service. I decided I wanted to take myself out for breakfast after gym so I wondered down here after reading some positive reviews. Well the first thing I was asked should have been my first red flag. When entering the lady asked me “just take away today” - I should have taken this as my hint that’s they didn’t want to serve me. I told her I would like to look at their breakfast options and dine in so I took a seat at the table and she said she would be back in a moment to take my order. Now to set the scene there were 3 other tables all with food so I was the only one I presume that needed to have my order taken. I can see the girl standing behind the bar chatting with her coworkers. She catches my eye and moves out of sight to continue her conversation instead of taking my order. It’s been about 15 minutes at this point, I’m by myself, the menu is closed infront of me and I’ve smiled at 2 other staff members clearing tables. STILL NO ONE CAME OVER AND TOOK MY ORDER. So after 25 minutes of waiting for some to take my order (I was getting excited for the bagel and juice I wanted to order), I walked out leaving the menu and luke warm tap water they gave me on the table. I walked past the girl that initially seated me and she did not say a thing just let me leave. He attitude from the moment I walked in to the moment I left was that she did not want me to sit and have breakfast in the dark, still aired, lightless dungeon of a cafe. Honestly save yourself the time there are plenty of friendly bright cafes in Brisbane. But if you want to feel less valued as a person then this is...

Had a couple of hours to spare before my next appointment so I needed somewhere to sit down and have some food and coffee. Most places were closed due to Easter Saturday and I found this place that had superb ratings on Google (They must be pretty good since they could maintain 4.5/5 even with over 1k reviews). Spontaenously decided to walk in and man it was such a pleasant surprise because I found the best corn fritters ever!

I'm a big corn fritter lover (even had it the day before) and most places I've tried so far didn't do it as well, so I was a little bit skeptical when I ordered myself a plate of Corn Fritters at Brew. I'm so glad that I've made this decision as no one has done Corn Fritters right like these guys!

Coffee was definitely high quality as well. Tastes just as good as those you would get from specialty coffee roasters like Archer and Black Foster.

Although it took a while to acknowledge my presence when I first walked in, the team members were still very friendly. Understand that its a public holiday and the place would be busier than ever.

I'm definitely coming back when I have time to chill around in the city next time!

(Pardon for the photo of the partially demolished Corn Fritters - almost forgot to...

Dismissive staff, average to bad food, place could be really good with the right staff as the atmosphere is great. Walked in initially, saw a COVID 100 person limit sign with ~50-60 people in there already. 5 people just left. Was told basically we won't be able to be seated, and we can't wait outside to be seated, so just to leave "it could be an hour, we don't have a place to queue" Came back about 20 minutes later, place was half the people that were there earlier. They seated us straight away but advised a 40 minute wait on food which I didn't mind. Coffee and milkshake came quickly, milkshake was not that cold and syrup tasted cheap. Caramel latte was average/good. Food came 30 minutes after ordering which was good. The food seemed average initially. Once I bit into my poached egg I realised both of them were waaay overdone, not soft in the slightest to the point I would not call it a poached egg, it's more just hard boiled (pictured). Partner had the same thing. Haloumi was quite burnt as well. Then halfway through eating I found a big peice of egg shell (pictured). Total cost was $66. I would be willing to pay about $35 total for that meal maximum.
