Really enjoyed our food from Chai Thai, it’s was authentic Thai street food, the meat was a good quality and the stir fry had a decent amount of veggies in (5 stars for the food). Our bill came to $35 for the two of us for dinner, so good value for money also. The staff where quick to seat us, take our order and the food was with us within 10 mins. If you are after a quick meal when you can’t be bothered to cook and clean up, Chai Thai is the place. If however, you are on a date or going out for a romantic meal, this probably isn’t the right spot, as the restaurant is small and it is very busy with food delivery drivers. If the management could create a different entrance for the delivery drivers or even a system whereby the staff take the food out of the restaurant to the drivers they could solve this issue, which is the only negative.

Have been a regular here for 3 years now and unfortunately had a few hit and misses. The latest one is a change in ingredients (I always order the same thing) which I can totally understand due to supply issues at the moment but it would have been good to know. I can’t eat beans and this Thai restaurant has never put them in their red curry until now. Apparently there must be no zucchini around, but there is a crapload of beans available. Separated them for photo purposes - won’t be eating.

Cosy Thai eatery serving up some seriously yummy food. Cosy means that there's space for only 16 diners, but seating can be configured to your needs. Fast, friendly service also geared to quickly turning over the takeaway orders but not too rushed for those dining in. Try the Ton Kha which is bursts full of flavour as well as the Thai take on the Laksa which is milder than the standard Singapore/Malaysian offering.

Order stuffed up again! My friend and I ordered a Pad se ew, Penang curry and Coconut Rice through Uber Eats. The bag arrived stapled and untouched but with no Coconut Rice. Called the stored and was told someone would call us back which they did but gave no solution so would call back again. They never called back. We eventually called them again to then be told we should make a complaint with Uber. They accepted no responsibility and worse it took 2hrs for them to tell us to have it refunded through Uber because “they” must have missed the bag. Chai Thai can I suggest if you think Uber is the problem you should write 1 of 2 of the receipt so they know how many bags to deliver. This is not the first time Chai Thai have stuff up our order and we’ve ordered through them directly. Very disappointing customer service. We will no longer be...

Got there and asked staff to clean table. Then same staff member came with green curry and set down with cutlery. 1 napkin, no drinks and again had to ask for the table to be cleaned. Then the second dish came almost after the curry from the first dinner was gone. Asked where our coconut rice. Second meal came asked again where the coconut rice was to another staff member. Got up an went to checked out told them we didn’t get our rice. Blank look. Feedback to the owner. You need staff in the store that a) want to look after the customer and not just the uber drivers and b) perhaps some general restraunt training might be good. Drinks come out with entree...mains come out together...you make sure everyone is happy and meals are okay. Was THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE I...
