The Good: The service was fantastic, the owner (or manager) took my order and he was beyond nice, he truly is a nice person

the food was quite tasty, filling and did not felt processed at all, it was great.

Initially I thought the price for a Masala was a tad steep but after getting the plate? Holy moly, nearly two people can eat from a single plate!

Completely vegan friendly!

The Bad: Sadly I am putting this as a "service" complaint since I have no idea where else to put it. The fact that you get the masala on a steel tray as if you were almost like in a school cafeteria is not a nice look for the restaurant (I did not mind having to leave my tray and utensils soaking but... I wasn't particularly thrilled about it)

Highest Quality Foods & Friendly Staff Had the absolute best experience here this week. It is very hard to find any food, let alone good food when you have food allergies to Gluten, Dairy AND Onion but here, not only were there great options, but a friendly staff member noticed us deliberating and came to stand with us in front of the counter and asked how he could help. He then proceeded to point out which options were gluten free (all were dairy free!) and which options were completely free of onion and which would contain trace amounts of onion. We were so impressed at the level of care and thought that goes into not just the food itself but even the sourcing of the products. Needless to say the food was absolutely delicious and didn't upset our overly sensitive tummies. Thank you so much for providing such 5 Star...

Familiarity breeds contempt - this idiom describes the owner of this place. This man interacts with his customers in a cynical, hypocritical way making the latter feel down about themselves. I know this island is a tradie paradise, but keep your ways respectful towards someone who tributes your place with their visit. After all, I left so many 'lobsters' there (As that was an average price of my lunch there).The food is too sweet, and the staff is pushed hard to chase a buck so sometimes they push you to buy more (and I even had a couple cases cheated on when counted change so I started using my card always till I stopped going to that place.
