Had my birthday here for the bottomless brunch. It is a 2 hour package, in an hour and a half we got one round of ‘bottomless’ margaritas. Our order had been forgotten twice, initially waited 30 minutes before we even got served after staring at 2 bowls of corn chips. We finally got our second round of drinks 30 minutes before the end of the booking. One friend had to ask three times where his food order was. Finally, after complaining twice to seperate waiters - they dumped two rounds of margaritas and two jugs at the table all at once so they all went warm and people had to force them down, over the space of an hour after the booking - we ended up leaving half of it there.

The QR code for the bottomless brunch package doesn’t give you the ability to order, and limits the food menu heavily. On the menu it states ‘any tap beer’ but when we asked for one of the tap beers we were told no. When we asked for share jugs one waiter told us no then the other told us yes.

20 minute wait to use the bathroom as they only have two unisex toilets available. We ended up walking to Woolworths at MacArthur central (two blocks away) to use the bathroom in the middle of the brunch because it was quicker.

I spent the entire of my birthday lunch stressed, confused, and staring at every waiter to try and get their eye contact so I could flag them down. It got to the point where my friends were also complaining for me. Truly disappointing experience, l’m just glad it wasn’t a milestone to remember.

I can empathise with understaffing, especially at this time of year, and one waitress (who I think was the manager) did explain that - she was nice and I felt for her being busy and understaffed. However there were tables around us getting a lot more attention, and the waiter that was mostly in charge of our table literally walked away mid-me ordering and didn’t finish my order. The more I think about the experience the more awestruck I am at how many things could go wrong in one event.

Called multiple times over the space of three days regarding my booking, emailed two seperate services and left voicemail to no response, so had to show up...

Came here with a group of girls for the bottomless brunch recently. I understand they have rules as to keep the environment as safe as can be. But I’ve been to many bottomless brunches and never quite had this experience. Straight away they list off the things you can’t do (have more than two drinks, skull, a jug has to be to 2 people) which again is fine but kind of a dull start to your experience. Food was good, they seem to not explain that you can order as many tacos as you like so we just thought one until we asked. When the waiter came around and took last drinks I was in the bathroom, he said to my friends for me to just order it when I come out. Couldn’t find the same guy and ordered with another lady who said no too late we take last drinks 20 mins before it finished. Maybe put that in all your rules at the start?? She wouldn’t even let me buy one bc all the girls at my table had too many drinks? Just seems very strict, and I do understand why but when we followed all the rules and we’re being respectful the whole time and it was in their miscommunication that cost me my last drink? Also mind you I only had 3 drinks the whole time I was there…

There’s a lot of better bottomless brunches in the city i would recommend. I just feel as though my $79 was not well spent and I won’t be coming...

Very disappointing, food was absolutely terrible and service was average Booked for the Sunday bottomless brunch, all you can eat & drink for 2hrs. It's clear the majority of the food is pre-made, halloumi chips were not cooked enough the normal chips were cold the chicken bites looked like they had been deep fried multiple times to stay warm and the non veg tacos were so oily the fat just poured from the bottom when eating them. The service was ok, however we kept getting a speech from the waitress about all the rules (I think she explained this to the group on 4 separate occasions) with not ordering 2 much food and only ordering 2 tacos per person, not drinking too fast (not that we were), but she kept warning us saying it wasn't allowed, and we could only order one drink at a time but they took forever to bring the drinks. Also someone vomited in the toliets in the hand washing basin, apparently it happened on the Saturday as the waitress mentioned multiple times 😆however it was still not clean on Sunday afternoon (absolutely disgusting 1 day old vomit). There was nowhere to wash your hands, unless you used the men's which was occupied most of the time. Overall a very underwhelming experience. I have heard the Everton Park location is amazing and very different, maybe try this location as an...

A really cute restaurant!!! the food here is pretty good!! We ordered the spicy beef burrito, really nice! Packed with a lot of ingredients and was very tasty and filling! Downside is, it is quite expensive. Also got the cauliflower entree, really tasty!! never ever had deep fried cauliflower before and it was a great first experience! Entree was cheap considering how much they gave us!! Had two cocktails, one easy as pie and one pink panther, easy as pie was pretty nice~ the top mousse like part was a bit too sweet though and took up around half of the glass. Pink panther was amazing!!! Lovely combination of sweet and sour~ also very pretty with a paper butterfly as decoration~~~ We sat outside which was nice as it was cool with the wind, but noisy and loud due to the traffic and road being right there, and everyone sitting outside is talking loud as they are all trying to talk over each other to be heard. Staff were alright, not the friendliest, and kept walking too close to the table to constantly look for empty plates to collect, made us a bit edgy. But overall, lovely restaurant!~ Food and drinks a bit on the pricey side, but overall I would say it was worth it~ Would be 5 stars if the prices weren't as high!~

If you've never been to Mexico and don't know what Mexican food tastes like, come here. Otherwise, stay away. Look at this picture... how can something with so many ingredients have no flavour?! I was completely baffled. Not sure what the taco tortilla was made of, but it tasted like chemicals. Food was very overpriced for their portion sizes and my friend and I both left hungry. Not what you want after lunch. They DO NOT take cash and their menu clearly states there's no surcharge for using a credit card, and guess what? I was charged a surcharge! The owner's definitely need to look into this clearly misleading misprint! Staff are pretty useless, inattentive and too busy chatting amongst themselves to pay any attention to their guests. When they asked 'How was the food?' and I replied 'Not that great', the guy at the till said 'Ok' and left it at that! Terrible customer service! I definitely won't go back and don't recommend it at all. Walk a block and go to Guzman and Gomez instead. Yes, it's a chain but at least their food has far more of an authentic flavour! W
